If I could give no star I would. I see this man with the students at Leander pool all the time and all he does is literally scream in these kids face the whole time. Until the kids are literally crying. He could not pay me to have my kids in his supervision. Last year he screamed in this little girls face and was being so mean to her I almost said something to him. I understand it’s hard watching a bunch of kids but if you have to act this way you should be working else were. Not with children. My son is in kirate also and his teacher would never scream in his face.

Peak Performance is the best martial arts program around. I highly recommend this studio. The instructors have a genuine concern and interest in the students’ success. Master Schill has a natural ability to interact with the kids and the students really enjoy training with him. He keeps them focused and motivated while teaching them discipline and respect for others. The price, value and staff are unbeatable.

Enrolled my girls in the Peak Performance Martial Arts (PPMA) school at the beginning of the school year and I can honestly say its one of the best things we have done for them. My girls are 3 and 5 and have really adapted well to the program. We visited a number of different afterschool programs and martial arts schools. The approach delivered by PPMA is like nothing else we have seen. My wife and I even started training with them. The instructors are all excellent. They work with the kids to keep them focused and improve many of the social skills not taught in the classroom today. As you watch the classes with the older students (ages 7 – 13) you will quickly see that there is a level of discipline unmatched by many of the other programs. The kids are highly focused and dedicated. My kids have displayed significant improvements in their martial arts skills, focus and manners even at their young age. If you are looking for an after school program or martial arts academy you need to give a serious consideration to Peak Performance Martial Arts.

I LOVE PEAK PERFORMANCE!!! My son is in the best environment I could ever ask for in an after school enrichment or summer camp program. I spent just about every Tuesday swimming with them this summer and went on a couple of Friday field trips as well. I never saw any of their staff do, say, or be anything but professional and patient with all the children. They are extremely cautious when on field trips, quadruple counting the kids and then counting again. I know, in this day and age it’s unusual to find, but this program really cares, and takes care, of their kids.
Their after school program has been another huge blessing for me. It’s run by an actual certified elementary teacher. Mr. Henry has been really great for my son. My son has more than one learning disability, making homework a real struggle. Mr. Henry, Master Schill and I sat down and figured out how to make the most of my son’s time there. After signing a few forms and a couple emails later, my son earns extra credit for any extra grade level work done at Peak, like reading, math, and writing. How many places do that for your kids?
Not only has my son done well with academics, he’s learning respect and self discipline, and (thankfully) physical fitness with Jiu-​Jitsu. Physical fitness helps in so many ways, my son not only has learning disabilities but also has ADHD and a severe anxiety disorder. Physical exercise helps with all of these problems. It’s not a cure, but does relieve some symptoms. As does the accountability they ingrain into the kids.
I have been blessed to have them, and so has any family there. Master Schill is wonderful and I feel he is very honest about his contract. Which is 30 days written notice of cancellation. He was very upfront about every part of the contract, rules, and what I could expect from them and what they expected from my son and my self.
Every one of the staff there is impeccable. Mrs. Schill, Julie Mckracken, Master Bastin, Mr. Perez, Mr. Fellers, Mr. Henry, Mrs. Newjahr, etc. I really appreciate everything you do for my son!

This place is horrific! My son has played many team and solo sports, but this is one takes the cake. We pay $ 300/​month and are required to sign a contract for 4 years. They guilt you into everything and apply pressure to the kids and the parents. I’ve seen excessive force used on the kids from kicking them in the gut to «teach» discipline and even picking them off the floor by their lapels to subsequently drop them on the concrete floor. Parents sit by in horror too afraid to say anything. Calls back are not returned, and forget about them letting you out of your contract because your child no longer wants to be a part of this organization. They suck the life and team spirit out of children. Please consider another martial arts studio before being coerced into Peak Performance.
