I just had the best foot massage ever! 40 minutes of pure joy for $ 28. Equivalently priced from the other massage place on the opposite side of Lakeline Mall. They don’t really speak English but are very nice to deal with. They have the chair massages and full body, as well as the combo sets just like Sam Serenity on Macy’s side. My husband got a massage from them last time and didn’t really enjoy only because it felt like the massage was on script and he said with his upper body area being sore, they dug their elbows into his shoulder bone and made it a bit more inflamed. Here, the guy massaging him actually felt the knotting of the shoulder area and did not go at it aggressively but rather worked around the knotted area. The lotion he used was with some sort of menthol/cooling effect on his back which he enjoyed immensely. The other place whizzed by the arm and neck massages of chair, here they were able to do justice for $ 20 for 25 minutes of massaging. I’m happy he enjoyed it so much! The lady working on my legs and feet for 40 minutes actually spent the whole time and then some ensuring that I had a great massage experience. I had water given to me and plenty of lotion applied as well as a hot towel on my legs and feet. Since I sprained my ankle in the past, I know my foot pops quite frequently but she actually gave me some advice in Chinese on footwear I would want to avoid and ensure I keep my feet in a healthy condition. She also commented on my white, american husband being a hottie and can I hook her up with one too?! Take a chance, there was no wait when we went and it was great!!! I’m 99% sure we will be going here for our massages now when we head to lakeline!

My wife and I have been in dire need of some massages and we called all the massage places in the area and they just could not accommodate our schedules. As we were walking our we seen the Relax Day Spa and decided that all we wanted was a better massage than we can provide to each other. We were seen to immediately and I began a lovely 25 minute chair massage. The gentleman was polite and professional and he was not scared to apply pressure. As it ended I was nearly asleep, I was very relaxed. The only reason I gave them four stars is for the general mall noise. The mall train is directly in front of the business. I do wish they had some doors in the front so it could have been a few less screaming children next to the place I was getting a massage. If I were in the middle of the mall walkway I would have expected that.

The massages are inconsistent. The was one guy who used his fingernails on my back while pressing into the muscle. I told him that he was hurting me. He said that it was just my muscle that needed to be worked on. When I left, blood was drawn to my skin. It left a bloody scab across my back for at least 2 months. That was the last straw. Don’t dare complain because they love to act like they don’t understand engrish. The previous times, the therapist seemed angry and hateful towards the customers, including myself. I don’t care to be treated like garbage by anyone in life, especially not 1 of those people. Oh, I almost forgot, the massage«therapist» was trying rub his pants against my fingers. I moved my fingers. They are highly gross and unprofessional!!!

Happy customer for years! If you’re looking for a quiet private room with candles & aromatherapy… don’t come here. It’s in a mall & near the kid bouncy wonderland. You will get: a no-nonsense quick & reasonably priced massage. They aren’t afraid to go deep, even if you’re a girl. No appointment needed, which is great when you wake up with pain. Oriental conversation is nice for something different if you’re use to hearing English all day. Foot bath is great too! Love it!

This place is not worth it. If you want to hear and witness«therapists» argue over who gets to massage you because of who spoke to you first then be my guest. Not the most relaxing place either since it’s in the mall and you hear all the noise and people talking but if you want something quick and don’t care about all that then this is your place.

Absolutely the WORST massage experience of my life! Having experienced thousands of massages by at least 50 therapists in my lifetime, I’ve ever walked out during a massage… until NOW~ Never go here. The entire time, the two«therapists» chatted loudly in a language I cannot identify and blaring techno music played on the speakers. Not exactly relaxing, in fact, rather frightening! I truly doubt the«therapist» even had a license. Never never never!
