DON’T DO IT RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!! We were looking for a company that we could trust with the most important thing in our lives, our home and family’s safety. That is not what we got from this company. They arrived late on two appointments. Had me wait an entire day that I had to call into work for and didn’t apologize just blamed it on God. Worst part — One two occasions the alarm went off and no phone calls were ever made to us! Now an attempted burglary happened and again no phone calls. I contacted the company and was told that the service was terminated due to nonpayment. To my surprise since we were established as an auto draft customer and our accounts never were short on fund. No phone calls, no emails, no letters NO COMMUNICATION at ALL! How dare they call themselves a well-​run Christian company they are far from it! They took the ADT equipment that I had previous and now want me to wait two weeks to get it back.
I am sick to my stomach that I trusted a company of this sort and have learned my lesson with getting the cheaper rate!
POOR COMMUNICATION, HORRIBLE ACCOUNTING, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A TOTAL SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY! REPORTING IMMEDIATELY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREARU AND PUTTING THEM ON EVERY REVIEW I CAN FIND ONLINE. I REFUSE TO LET ANOTHER FAMILY BE HURT AS WE HAVE.
