Orders made right, with courtesy. Quiet enough that you can easily hear orders up. Occasional messy table, but given the turnover, not a dealbreaker. Nice neighborhood coffee shop to meet friends and relax.

Ordered a drink just now in a rush to get to work. I asked for no whip and the barista put whip on it after it was clearly written on the cup not to. She had long brown hair and half sleeve of tattoos. She was very rude as well. Didn’t have time to turn around and get it fixed. I’ve been a barista before. It isn’t rocket science reading a cup to make sure you prepare the drink correctly. Get it together!

I do like Starbucks. This experience was frustrating because it is right across from my house. Maybe the mais reason was the time I walked in, 9:35PM. Anyway, I asked for a drink size grande and it was about 1inch empty. I noticed that the guy was not really happy cause I mentioned«light ice» after he was already making it. Anyway, they gave me like that, kinda empty.

The drinks are always perfectly mixed, the staff pleasant, and restaurant clean. The staff usually remembers what you order and greets you with a smile.

I used to love Starbucks until I began reading what is in their drinks & food ! Starbucks you need to listen to what consumers want… Less chemicals and toxins in our food & drink … Your pumpkin spice anything should be banned from shelves ! Super toxic! I’m sorry to have to write such a negative review, however the people need to know what they are digesting ! #labelsmatter !

Debbie is the best barista ever. This store is usually busy, or at least steady. While it’s not the biggest store, it does have a lot of seating for its size. Great location as well!

This location is ideal to study at, it’s usually quiet even if there are lots of folks. There isn’t a great amount of seating indoors, so it’s a good idea to grab a chair outside to study in complete peace. Baristas are always friendly. Plus, they always get my white chocolate mocha to taste great.

Typical Starbucks. When they are busy be prepared to wait as the folks in front of you order their 1000 calorie 5 ingredient specialty drinks. Baristas and counter folks are AOK and move through the line as quickly as possible. When they are slammed I end up at the DD downt the street for my coffee fix.

Here on a late Wednesday afternoon — that must be the Morrissey shift. Come on, young man behind the counter — find some joy in the mundane and fake a smile when I say hello and put on my own fake friendly. I even had to ask you if you were actually doing okay. And dammit, if I say no whip, it means my fat booty doesn’t need those extra calories and you better not put that stuff on top. At least my frappuccino was appropriately frapped. And it was caramel-y. So that’s something on the bright side, right?

This Starbucks is exactly like every other Starbucks, so you know what you are getting. The staff is pretty friendly and fast, but not otherworldly. It’s very corporate, as you probably know, with mountains of knicknacks for you to buy. Laptop users hog most of the tables. I like that it has no drive through, as that means people have to actually park(or ride a bike!) and go in, and talk to each other(or at least see other human beings) which is kind of nice. It also keeps pollution and the price of gas down(all that idling helps no one). Anyway, a good Starbucks. I prefer local joints, but haven’t found a good one yet near here.

I like the new remodel. The new permanent umbrellas are a very welcome addition. And I agree that the staff is fantastic. Normally, a four-star place… But their renovation took a couple of days longer than expected and the fifth star is for how they dealt with that inconvenience. Instead of begging off excuses, we were greeted with a complimentary cup of coffee and a complimentary breakfast pastry. Well done. Very well done.

First off, not a big fan of the Starbuck’s chain. Overpriced for what they serve. Having said that, this location is perfectly fine. Although it’s high turnover, whichever barrista they have working is usually pretty cool. Their coffee, pastries and other drinks are as good as you’d expect from any other Starbucks, and just as expensive(okay I’m done, I swear). They also have a variety of mugs on sale, plus some CD’s from local artists. It’s not a large Starbucks, but there’s enough seating inside that it hardly ever gets crowded, plus there’s plenty of tables outside on the sidewalk. BTW: Jesus, if you still work there, shout out to you!

Brand new, permanent umbrellas & outdoor seating! It’s a small Starbucks, but it is always busy, and the baristas have always been nice to me. Only drawback is no drive through. :P

Five stars for the morning staff here. Every one of them is courteous, friendly and man are they fast! It’s a busy shop every morning, however my coffee order is right and prepared correctly every time. Kudos to the staff and the management for many years of «doing it right» with each new employee. With a smallish space at the corner of a strip shopping center, they are a bit limited for seating, so minus one star. If you’re staying to enjoy your coffee, it is usually noisy in the mornings. After the morning rush is over(about 9 – 9:30) the store is calm and you can drink your coffee in relative quiet.

So here it is on my day off and I’m standing in line at Starbucks. Great, only three people in front of me. So the wait begins! Dum-Dee-Dum-Dum! Oh, how cute. They have gifts scattered around the store. Festive decorations are up. Doo-dee-doo-da. Oh, there’s the case full of pastry treats. You have got to be kidding, 3 bucks for that piece of pumpkin bread. Doh-Rah-Me-Fa-So-La– Uh, that ceiling tile needs replacing. Okay, one down and only two more people to go. Fa-La-La-La-La-ah. Crap, a homemaker with three screaming kids enters. Whoa, looks like her kid’s screams have made some customers leave. They must have WiFi with all the laptop drinkers at the tables. Na-Na-Na-na. Another one down, only one more to go before me. Whoppsie, looks like screaming kids are running around the store while mom chats on her cell phone. One bumps into someone’s table and shoshes his coffee. Man is not happy and giving cell phone mom the evil eye. There are three people behind the counter. One is at the register and the other two are making drinks. Why so long people, let’s pick up the pace. Finally it’s my turn. Grab a gift card from the display, hand it to the register lady and tell her $ 25.00 on this card, please. She rings it up and asks if I would like to order a coffee. I reply with my most festive Holiday smile, No, thank you, I don’t drink overpriced bitter coffee. She is smiling back still responding to my smile when my words sink in. Her mouth drops open as I sign the receipt. I wish her a Happy Holiday and head toward the door. On my way out, I hear a crash. Nope, not Santa and his sled, a screaming kid has knocked a coffee mug off the display table. I guess cell phone mom is going to be paying more for her coffee than still originally planned. (Later that day, I found HEB sells Starbucks gift cards and no waiting.)
