This location is nice. The staff is friendly and greet you and ask if you need help, but they let you browse. I always find what I’m looking for at this location. The PINK line is great and have a variety of sizes. I miss there line of cosmetics now that they don’t handle them in store any longer. They have a great selection of fragrances. From body lotions too body sprays.

I went into the store last night(thanksgiving) and brought two bras that had broken. One was defective the other the wiring came out on one side. I didn’t have the receipt and I had the bras for longer than 30 days which I told them. They got the Manager for me to help. She got me two new bras got me to try them on to make sure they fit and sent me to the register. I didn’t pay a penny! I was so absolutely astounded at the customer service and the fact when something is defective with one of their products they do right by the customer. I will only ever buy any lingerie from them and at this particular store. They absolutely gained a customer for life! In fact I plan on going back today and buying some more things: D. Now if your thinking well their items broke must not be made well. WRONG. I have another VS bra that I’ve had for many many years and it is still in the same condition I bought it in. It was just a fluke and they made it right. I wish I could have caught the managers name because I would absolutely call corporate to let them know what an «angel» she is.

My first experience here was great … I was in and out within 15 minutes with 3 bras that fit great… unfortunate that was my one and only«great» experience here. When I originally began writing this review it turned into almost essay with several pargaraphs. It was a blow by blow of my experience for you but I have decided to give ya’ll the short version so I don’t lose you… What you need to know is this which happened over the last 2 visits here : 1) They cannot correctly size you(probably because they are trained incorrectly by their manager — I’ll get to her in a sec.) I got sized as 34DDD(no way for sure) to a 34 B within 5 minutes. That is a difference of 4 cup sizes… wow …really people? 2) They are using high pressure/bullying sales tactics that are ineffective since I didn’t buy anymore bras after that encounter and won’t be buying anymore bras here… ever …Bby the end of my last visit I was literally backed into a dressing room corner by 2 employees with their high pressure sales tag-teaming crap(one being the manager). 3) The manager here has one of the most repulsive personalities I have ever encounter from a customer service rep… let a lone a manager. She is demeaning to both customers and employees. She is a bully to customers and employees. And it appears she needs to be re-trained in bra sizing as she can’t properly size either… then when she mis-sizes she can’t admit it… so in the process she is mis-educating the other employees. 4) I think the manager of the store needs to be put in check… she seems to think she is untouchable… she uses bullying tactics to both employees and customers that are uneffective to say the least… not someone I would want representing my store or training my employees. I am giving 2 stars because I have had a positive experience here before but not lately… and btw I agree with Shannon L.‘s review on the scrapping everbody and start with the manager. 5) Victoria secret should be embarrassed having that lady as the face of their store and should be embarrassed that someone had such a horrible experience here they are taking the time to write this review… and btw I mostly write positive 4 – 5 star reviews… not here. I am leaving 2 stars because at one point I had and nice experience here…

Had a good experience at thus store. We were asked if we needed help by three different people(it is a very large store), but we weren’t bothered by them. They let us look around without constant interruption. The different clothing options are good ranging from lingerie to work out attire. The fragrances still aren’t up to participate with some other places though.

Just wanted to say how much I appreciate you guys. Most places that tend to be higher priced are very consistent and pushy. I normally go in here to get my free panties. Occassionaly I’ll get a spray or if I’m really lucky I’ll get a sale on their jackets. Thank you girls for not being so pushy and no matter how busy you have been polite and being real with me about when your next sale is ;) loooooove the products. Once I get paid I’m getting more undies from here lol

Horrible customer service. Just walked in and I was one of about 6 customers. There was 1 employee at the register and about 5 standing near the entrance talking. I walked around the store making several passes by the chatty girls looking for something in particular and was never acknowledged until I finally gave up and left and one of them said«have a good day» in her best I really don’t care voice. I’m sure I have options and I’ll find another store to be a loyal customer.

Went in today at 4 pm to this location to look around and per normal the staff wasn’t about being helpful or greeting… Was actually stared at blankly on a few occasions by staff members while I shopped and watched them help each other pick out merchandise to buy on their lunch break rather than assist people. I was actually stopped by an older woman who was shopping for assistance… She was under the impression that I worked there! I found a work out tank top in the Pink section that I liked and saw that a very young girl was checking people out on the rolling cart with a mobile scanner. So I went and stood behind the lady that was almost done being checked out. When it was my turn she gave me the dirtiest look and said«are you in line?» «Um, yes!» I replied.(I’m thinking to myself no, I’m just standing right in front of you trying to hand you items I want to purchase and my VS credit card for no reason.) «well are you using a credit card?» «yes» and I reply to her I watch her back out of every single application she had open on the mobile POS(point of sale) device. I don’t know if she thought I was dumb or what cause in the three minutes this whole interaction went on she rolled her eyes at me no less than six times!!! And then said«oh well now I can’t get it to work.» I was seriously livid I don’t know what her deal was maybe she had that flake braid of hair and flowers on too freaking tight around her head!!! I told her«if you don’t want to check me out that fine!» And I walked all the way to the other side of the store and waited in line all over again. I honestly try not to shop in this store since each time I go the service is more disappointing than the next. I feel like the should just scrap everyone and start over!!! And this is coming from someone with 15 years in retail and part of it in management… It’s just sad!

I went in today around 12:30. I was immediately greeted and shown to the items I specifically went into the store to get. Alas they only had the type of underwear I wanted in one color and none in my size. Was going to call it a wasted trip until at least two salesgirls went out of their way to get me online so I could not only order the item they had that I wanted but didn’t have in my size at the store as well as letting me see additional color options(as I wanted to do the 5 for 28 $ deal). Ordering these things was time consuming and probably a pain because two items were backordered so had to be done as additional transactions. It took awhile but it got done… I got exactly what I wanted, everything is being delivered to my house and the staff were beyond helpful. I will for sure return to this store.

Found the GREATESTBRA! LOVE the new Very Sexy Push-Up bra. Especially loved it in the Electric Blue with black lace overlay — ANDTHEYHAD it in my size! YAY!!! But wait… not a single matching panty to be found ANYWHERE in the store. After searching 10 minutes(and rechecking cause I’m OCD) I asked a sales associate. She promptly took me through the same search I had just completed to no avail. So,(because I’m OCD) I asked another Sales Associate from another part of the store. She too took me on the same journey(four times now) and not a single panty to be found matching the bra I wanted. Everyone was perplexed. The«guess» I was given was that it was a new color and the matching panties would be in soon. That I could go online to buy them. Well… I wasn’t spending $ 55 on a fashion bra without a matching set —(see OCD above). Fast Forward to the checkout(I did find something I liked, yes a matching set). One person in front of me. 7 minutes later… it’s my turn. I thought the person ahead of me was just being difficult. Turns out this girl on the register was not the sharpest crayon in the box. It took her a good 5 minutes and me instructing her on how to ring it up on the third try for her to get it right. All the while, there is a LINE growing out the door and the manager exclaims that she«just HAS to step away from the register before her delivery guys break down the back door». I’m sure glad they used Dial, cause they were all sweatin! All this on a Thursday afternoon at 2pm. Weird. OH — and I went online to order the matching set — and the color doesn’t even exist on VS website. WTH? Very glad I didn’t buy the bra!

I have to give this place two stars just for the help I got from this sales associate on a previous visit. She was truly helpful and nice. But all the other times I’ve been there, the sales associates seem not to care about the customers at all. They don’t make you feel welcome and make little effort to assist you. I always find myself looking for someone to help me find what I want and they don’t seemed happy to do so. There were a bunch of really young girls ringing people up today and they were taking forever, conversing about personal stuff right in front of customers, and repeatedly asking each other questions about how to give discounts, make returns, etc. It seemed as if they were new on the job! It was really frustrating watching them move like turtles but chat like cockatoos! Nice large store but horrible service!

I’ve received poor customer service at this location in Lakeline Mall, time and time again. Today was no different. I went into the store with a coupon for free panties, and the intention of buying a bra. I went to the fitting room and waited in line to get a room to try some on. I asked the sales associate for another size and she said she’d get one for me. 10 minutes later, I’m still waiting. So, I decided to get dressed and find another size, myself. I stepped out of the room and asked her to hold it for me since I was getting another size to try on. I went literally, 5 feet away to get another size, and was gone for 30 seconds. She gave away my room and wanted me to wait in line again. Her excuse… I’m the only one working back here. The store was crawling with other workers; she was just incompetent. If I’m willing to drop $ 50 on a bra, I expect to be treated better. I just decided to take my free panties and forget about spending any of my money at that ridiculous store.
