This review is not about the food since we all know what is available at the place where kids are King. It is about the staffing. Over the last few months it appears as if there is a new management team on duty during the lunch hour. Service has improved greatly anytime that I have been there. The people taking the orders are very cordial. The orders seem to be ready much faster than they were in the past, and order accuracy is much, much better. The dining area is very well maintained, and the restrooms are far cleaner than they were in the past. There is a girl who works the day shift who does a great job keeping the place clean. She does a fine job. All in all superior service at the Edgewood Rd. BK.

I’d give another half star is given the option, just because this Burger King always makes it right when they screw up. I’ve been to this BK a lot in the past 7 years and I’d say they’ve screwed up about 95% of the time — whether they forgot a sandwich, made a sandwich wrong, or gave me nasty old food… or even given the wrong change back. But they have good customer service, I’ll give em that. You guys are just forgetful and/or in a hurry… but I don’t like having to drive all the way back and wait in line for my fries while my other food is getting cold… Even if I do get new hot food and my meal is free. It’s just annoying because it happens all the time.
