Went in to buy a front load washer and dryer. With the help of Frank in the appliance section, he helped us select a nice Whirlpool set that was within our price range. Got us all squared away and even had delivery and set up within 4 hours of purchasing it! Felt no pressure at all from Frank, he was very nice and helpful in helping us make our selection.
Only thing I have a complaint about is after spending nearly $ 1700 in your store, free delivery would be nice. They’ll get you an extra 50 for that if you don’t have a truck. Overall, a pleasant experience! Thanks Frank!

Like said before, what ever the holiday it is they have a large selection for that holiday. There does seem to be no one around when you have a question or need to find something.

WHY does a hardware store have a Christmas section bigger than the tool section? This Menard’s time and again– has not one employee around to direct you out of Christmas mayhem (or Easter or Valentine’s or wutever) …
You have an identity crises Menards. If I need a lamp I will go to Target– if I need a hammer– I don’t know where I should go? the grocery store?
…and the dingdong that designed your parking lot gets one star.
