I’ve come here for many years and the owners are hard working folks. I saw the review about the food poisoning and I have never experienced anything remotely like that. Also, the food he said coming from Sam’s club– again never experienced that and I supposed it depends on what you order — like chicken tenders or other pre made items.
I would suggest that you go for breakfast. They make stellar breakfasts, and i highly suggest some type of omelette. You will get a very large omelette, stuffed with ingredients. I have ordered the spinach and mushroom, as well as the veggie omelette and both were outstanding. You also get a hearty portion of american fries or hashbrowns on the side AND a side of toast. I have subsituted a pancake for toast and it cost me an extra $ 1. Oh and the omelette was $ 5.75! We have been everywhere for breakfast and you cannot buy an omelette for $ 5.75 and still get that large of a portion.
Coffee is bottomless and delicious! And they serve breakfast all day! who can beat that.
It’s a cozy spot — hard working folks that run it — recommend it highly for breakfast fare!

My wife and I visited here and I got food poisoning. Aside from the food nearly killing me, the waitress was too sick to be working and the food wasn’t really that great. I recognized most of it as being the same items I buy at Sam’s club and have at home in my freezer. I admired the owner’s drive to make it as an entrepeneur running an independent restauraunt, but I think he needs to try harder.
