Order showed up wrong so I called to fix. Employee never took my name or told me how long replacement would be but 45 minutes later it never showed. Called a third time and they said they could get it to me in another 45 min. Rude employee who didn’t understand why I wouldn’t want my food 2 hours after initial order. Asked for refund for the item I never got and spent 35+ minutes on hold waiting for a manager. Eventually I was told manager would call me back b/c they were too busy. Over 2 hours invested in just getting the right food. Now instead of just getting I right I want a refund for the whole transaction. Terrible customer experience. Never shop this location. Tell all your friends to stay away. Give your money to a competitor who has a better appreciation of customer service.

Many More Strikes… First Off, the credit that we were given DID appear. Good. Brittney, again, did nothing to impress us as she does not listen or pay attention to what the customer says. We ordered a pizza and pasta combination, to be delivered at a certain time(we were away). Luckily, we arrived early as the pizza did also. When asked why they were early, the driver didn’t care. The two dishes were cold and under-cooked. Also, the pizza was so re-arranged, in the box, the driver must have had fun when taking corners. We’re done. The pizza hut is nothing more than somewhere to hire people that don’t care. Don’t bother here; there’s many others, in town, that actually care.

Messed up my order, said they’d give me a credit under my phone number. Called a week later and said they had no record of it, and there was nothing they could do. I won’t do business here again.

Took two hours for delivery. We called after 1:40 and they said it was in the oven. Never ever ordering from here again.

Even though Pizza Hut is pretty«meh», this one is a dine in with free WiFi. There’s the usual assortment of meth-addicts and punk teenagers, but that’s par for the course. The parking is pretty lame here, but there’s a big empty lot for the CVS because nobody is ever there. Also, don’t try to turn left onto Edgewood when you leave during most hours. Go around behind CVS, turn right on 16th instead and turn left at the light.
