Before becoming a vegetarian(and realizing how bad the Quizno’s sandwiches are for you), you could find me at this location at least once a week. Staff was always friendly here and the shop was typically clean and tidy. Sandwiches are more pricey than Subway, comparable to Jimmy John’s, but not as expensive as(Milio’s). My food was always fresh and I highly recommend their other items like flat breads, soups,(esp. the broccoli & cheese soup), salads and cookies. This shop was/is never very busy, so I’m not sure how well they function during lunch and dinner rushes. I’ve also eaten from their sandwich party platters at get-togethers and they are very good. Presentation is nice too and they give you lots of extra sauces and toppings.

Ugh, this location is horrible. Normally I like Quizno’s and I understand that each location is hit or miss, but this was the worst Quizno’s experience ever. My 7.99 sandwich was two pieces of burnt bread squished together with excessive dressing and a few chicken chunks. When a sandwich is 7.99 the opposing pieces of bread should not touch even at the edges, let alone along the entire length of the bread. Hubby’s sandwich was marginally better, but not by much. His bread was even more burnt and apparently the toaster oven has been burning bread all week(according to an overheard conversation between employees). Then GETITFIXED. Or even push the tray further in so it doesn’t sit as long under the oven and take it out ASAP. Just use common sense please. ALL the dressing containers at the pepper bar were clogged up. Having to «enjoy» our sandwiches to the strong, permeating stink of burnt bread was the icing on the cake. Between boycotting Subway and now vowing to never go to a Quizno’s in Cedar Rapids again, I guess it is just Jimmy John’s for us.
