Quality Inn North

On first arrival I thought it was pretty nice. Friendly staff, neat check-​on area. However, like others have mentioned, this place has some serious maintenance issues. I took a few photos and uploaded theme here. Overall, it felt dirty and uncared for outside of the lobby. Bathtub wouldn’t drain and we asked to have it fixed twice, banged up unrepaired holes in the wall, threadbare comforters, dust around the perimeter of the room. Our inlaws down the hall had the same issues minus the bathtub. Yuck.
A little TLC could make visitors feel like they are getting their money’s worth. As it is we will never be staying here again.

Dirty, Smelly, Dated, please avoid as I spend most of my time traveling all over the mid west, this Quality Inn was the worst stay for me of my trip. The room I was given on the second floor had trash in it and a used bar of soap in the bathroom. The 2^nd floor smelled bad and carpet was dirty and strained. I was given a second room that smells like urine, there was a yellow liquid on the bathroom counter, stains and holes in the rug and left over coffee stains on the furniture and a hole in the couch. The 1 star is for the desk staff Chris and Daniel who were very professional and did their best to help me out they deserve 5 stars but are being dragged down by their cleaning staff and management who could care less about living up to the name QUALITY.
I suggest that the owner of this Quality Inn demo the place hire a better cleaning staff kind new management that cares so this place will live up to its name Quality Inn.

Staying here for four days visiting the family, using points for my room and the kids room. So, being the thrifty guy I am, I booked this hotel. 10,000 points per room per night.
So, after one day, here’s my take. The staff didn’t clean the room very well. still trash in the thrash basket in the bathroom, they didn’t leave a towel for the bathroom floor, my room key didn’t work. They only programmed it for one day. That kinda irks me.
The good: The internet is pretty fast. Flat screen TVs in the rooms so the kids can hook up their xbox. Rooms are pretty spacious. All in all, not a bad room and hotel, but there sure is room for improvment in the services area.

We actually booked this by accident. Quality it is not, our bedroom floor had crumbs and other items that would be picked up by a vacuum if they had vacuumed. There was a lot of thick dust under the dressers as well. The tub, toilet and sink were clean in the bathroom but the floor again had a plastic wrapped of some kind on it. The bed was clean and comfortable which is good.
The free breakfast was lacking to say the least the apple juice is watered down and gross. The woman who checked us in on Friday night was wearing a t-​shirt that looked like a night gown (most hotels have some sort of uniform). Can not comment on the other amenities like pool because I did not use them.
The parking lot is very large and there was a bunch of cars/​trucks with trailers.
