Not bad, actually. The place has pretty mixed reviews but someone recommended them so I decided to check it out. Pretty much every Mexican place in town is quite comparable, but they had big, nice booths, the atmosphere was corny but not too cheap, and the food was pretty decent. Not as good as El Rancho or Los Compadres across town, but not bad enough to warrant driving over there either. They run drink specials a lot and the regular lime margaritas I had were respectably strong and tasty.

Our family recently visited La Camelia as it was the former location of Reynaldo’s and we were very curious as to what we would find. I had«heard» that it was owned/operated by the same staff as Villa’s so I was definitely eager. I was not disappointed. The service was fast, friendly and entertaining. The chips and salsa were fresh and crunchy. If you’re looking for a good mexican restaurant with some unique menu items(cactus, anyone?), give this a try!
