Growing up with grandparents who always bowled for fun, on teams and in senior leagues (they still do!) me, my brother and 10 cousins learned to bowl here. So, I suppose I’m sentimental about the place. :)
I think it’s a great place for Westsiders looking for something to do. They offer great summer rates for the kiddos ($ 15 all summer long, May-August? Heck yes! Who doesn’t love cosmic bowling and laser tag? You can easily spend $ 6 bucks at the snack bar on Thursday’s and get two games of bowling FREE!
Having been to a lot of bowling centers, WBC still ranks at the top as a clean, up-to-date and reasonable priced facility.
Great for families, parties, date night and more!

Old look to it, if that bothers you.
Lanes are slippery.
Used shoes are worn pretty bad.
Not the best house balls.
Not the most cozy set up as far as seating goes.
Bathroom had broken dryer and no towels. Also has toilet with no door, have fun with that.
Does have affordable bowling and a enough lanes for everyone. Also some decent specials.
Not the best alley I have been too.

Our first lane did not reset the pins automatically. After the issue persisted, we were switched to another lane. The scoring on our second lane was way off. Once the lady at the service desk claimed to have reset the scoring, its pins stopped auto resetting as well. And, the scoring continued to display incorrectly. By then, our kids noticed that something wasn’t right. I reasonably discussed our experience with the lady at the service desk (she also helped get our pins reset earlier so she was aware of what was going on) But, she communicated with me RUDELY. She agreed to return our money. Then, she set our money on the counter with no apology. We decided not to take our kids to their laser tag and not to spend anymore money there.
