Great spicy chai on a quiet day. Location is nestled near a Joann’s and in an excellent view of the surrounding businesses. Places was clean and full of plenty of coffee options I tried recommended chai from the friendly Barista on site. Definitely recommend as a great study location with free wifi and low traffic.

The staff is always friendly, and they have an excellent variety of drinks. You can always get your standard coffee choices anywhere these days, so it’s fun to see things like the Polar Bear(an iced coffee drink made in their own way). I also appreciate that they have almond milk available. Beyond all that, their regular black coffee selections are rather tasty.

This is a great spot to study. The drinks are just average though. Staffs are friendly and the café is very clean.

Love this place! I am all about supporting local coffee chains, so when I passed this one on the way to work, I thought I’d give it a try. Very spacious, & the barista is always very friendly & most importantly, QUICK! I wish this one was on my trail from my house to work because I would be here every day(or maybe I’m happy it’s not, ha ha!). Parking can be a bit tough around lunch hour due to the other restaurants in the area, but still worth it. 100% recommend.

Delicious Sumatra coffee! Nice quiet hangout. I’ve never stayed to enjoy my coffee but I like the atmosphere. Staff is cool and helpful too! Might be my new coffee spot!

Weeeeak. Went there when it started to snow today and the two men working the counter were more into working their food they were eating than working the coffee. Also, got a weird vibe like«we weren’t a regular so we put them out.» Anywho– once we ordered, they were making their way around to making my wife’s coffee while the older guy took his time while he chatted with some other guy who appeared to be a regular. We sat in the establishment for a bit while it snowed but my wife spilled her drink(which wasn’t that tasty anyway she said.) typically when this happens, doesn’t the place offer a replacement? Not here. They watched her do it, then were put out by having to help clean. Don’t go here. Go to the Starbucks across the street at B&N.

This shop is of good size, good for working, good food, clean, good natural lighting. During my visit there were lots of locals/regular clientele coming in. Many customers made comment to one of the workers that they had not seen him in awhile… good sign of a great coffee shop if you ask me. I will definitely be back.

Coffee is good. Staff are knowledgeable on the wet vs. dry cappuccino. If coffee was great I would give this a higher rating. I also ordered the #2 breakfast burrito. Flavor is minimal. Burrito supposed to come with cheese, but I have yet to find any in my burrito. Whoever made the burrito was a little heavy handed on the green chile. The chile overwhelms the pallet and creates and neutralizes what could be a great flavor.

Stopped by this afternoon just to check It out and was pleasantly surprised by all of the different choices of food, souvenir items and drinks ! The man who helped me was very happy and friendly ! Very spacious, relaxed, calm environment. They have gluten free and dairy free breads ! I got the chocolate zucchini and cinnamon coffee cake. They also have many other choices of pastries and almond milk for coffee ! Will defiantly go back and try more !

I hate being a Debbie Downer but I tried this coffee shop this morning based on the Unilocal reviews. I took today off work to have a nice long weekend so I thought I’d start with my new book at a coffee shop. When I walked in I couldn’t believe all the tables and chairs. No character or atmosphere. There is one small loveseat in a corner and a woman was already on it with her computer so no cozy place to curl up and read. I’m a lover of local independents but give me a reason to be here! Yes my cup of Guatamalan coffee was just right but this unfortunately not my idea of a neighborhood coffee shop. *****side note: based on business’s comments I will pop it up one star because the coffee was good and had I known their focus is on availability of seating for business meetings in the area I would have not have hoped for a cozy neighborhood spot to come and hangout.*****

3.0.3. is the closest thing we have to a neighborhood coffee shop. Nate and the gang do a great job every time we are there(and believe me, we are there a lot!) and it makes me especially happy to give my hard-earned money to a locally-owned small business as opposed to a certain Seattle-based corporate coffee behemoth. :-) They offer numerous gluten-free selections as well as frozen drinks, burritos and snacks as well.

Support local. Staff was laidback and pleasant. This is a strip mall spot and great alternative to corporate coffee

This is a good place to get some good coffee and get some work done. I got the regular latte and it was one of the best I have had in Denver. My girlfriend got the egg nog latte and she said it was really good as well. The guy was really nice as well and the store was fairly clean even though it was snowing heavily outside. They also sell coffee for home use, lots of local coffee places don’t for some reason. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area.

I have been there half a dozen times now and had to update my review. While I didn’t think my first visit won me over… I started going in here at 303 rather than going though the drive through elsewhere(that is a lot of effort before I’ve even had coffee). I’m addicted to the skinny bear and really enjoying the Colorado Spice latte now that fall is here. I still haven’t tried the burritos, but they are always selling like hot cakes when I am there. I do enjoy the yogurt and cereal bar selection — that’s my type of breakfast. Really like this place!

Nice alternative to the major coffee chain. Stopped in for an afternoon pick-me up and was pleasantly surprised to discover I could have an almond milk chai. Hooray! Even happier to report the chai had great flavor and was not syrupy sweet(I’m eyeing you, Starbucks!) The service was very friendly too. I loved that I was greeted upon entering the store. That is a rare occurrence. I got my cup to go so, I can’t comment much on the atmosphere, other than it seemed like a decent, clean place to sit and relax. I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area.

303 Coffee is a nice little coffee shop. It didn’t exactly blow me away, nor would I readily choose it over the green mermaid(Starbucks), hence three stars. There was an older woman working who was struggling to keep up with the orders — it turned out that her younger counterpart was hiding out in the bathroom.(And I mean really hiding). Despite the delay, the coffee was tasty and we enjoyed it sitting outdoors. Espressos and cappuccinos were good, and for food, they have a small selection of pastries which we did not try, so I can’t report on that.

The hometown coffee house is a lost art. I remember my first coffeehouse experience back in Northern Virginia near my college… for some reason this little coffee place reminded me of that. — It was small, simple, not some massive corporate in-your-face thing. — The coffee was amazing. I had a vanilla hazelnut(i think, hard to remember because I had to change my pants after drinking it)…and it was deep, flavorful, and the right temp. — They had almond milk for us healthy people to add to coffees, etc. — The people were nice, both customers and staff. It was my first time there and I needed a coffee before working… sleep was not great away from home… and I didn’t want to haul the other mile to the Starbucks… actually getting tired of Starbucks, and I used to be so horribly addicted to it, the app, and the collecting of gold stars. Now I seek out small, local coffee places and try to have a better experience, rather than be a sheep and do sheep things. 303 was a winner! ENJOY!

Back here for the third time in three days… this is what happens when you work around the corner from 303 Coffee Co. So far I’ve really enjoyed my iced mocha and polar vortex(coffee slushie with chocolate«sprinkles» — more like crunchies. #notcomplaining). The chai was also decent but I prefer something sweeter. It seems they have a lot of regulars, since the staff often know their order before they even get to the counter. In the mornings it is especially crowded. I think I’ll stick with my mid-afternoon pick-me-up. They have a lot of local and gluten-free baked goods though I haven’t tasted any yet. This would be a great place to get work done or have a business meeting. It’s bright, cozy, and fairly quiet. My only complaint? The service is *too* quick sometimes! Not enough of a break from work :)

This is one pretty cool place to chill out. I was looking for an alternative to Starbucks, and I think that I found it. This location is close to County Line Road by Lone Tree and on a corner with outside seating. I wound up drinking an Earl Grey hot tea instead of coffee, as well as tried one of their expresso brownies(absolutely delicious). I noticed that they have a vendor that brings in breakfast burritos with the green chile everyday, which I thought that was nice. I was greatly impressed with the customer service. The two baristas that day were a young & gracious female with brunette hair(very good looking too) and the son the owner. Both were incredibly friendly in welcoming me to the area as well as giving me clarification on directions of where to go to another venue across the line in Lone Tree. This insight was absolutely appreciated, and I’ll never forget their hospitality on this day in making me feel like a valued customer. Definitely on one of my lists to returning to. Great place!
