Charming Charlie – Centennial

So, going in for a few last minute Christmas gifts at the Streets of South Glenn store. Went online to search the stores promo codes to help save some money and printed it. Went to the store and when I got to the register to pay the lady, I think the manager said where did you get this coupon many people put coupons on online that aren’t legit. I get promo codes EVERY single time I shop in a store and I have never not had one work and especially when a store always has coupons out and it says used by so many people today.
Usually even if there would be an issue I’ve had the person behind the counter say I have a coupon that could help a little, or I’ll do it this time, or sorry about that. Especially when they had a coupon of about the same value starting in a couple days that they are handing out to people. We all try and save money and when you know a store has coupons all the time it really means a lot to try and make a customer happy. All my daughter said when we left was mom she wasn’t going to budge and offer you anything I saw it in her face. Is it really that hard to make someones day and try and help a customer out when they really need it. After all it’s Christmas eve.
All I have to say is be careful about coupons here if you are wanting to save some money. Very disappointed in this customer service. Haven’t ever had this customer service in stores especially by the manager. I think it really makes some employees mad that some people are really trying to save money and it annoys them. Always treat people as you would want to be treated.

I love this place. I can usually find some great ideas and deals. Things are arranged by color so it’s easy to match things and put together complimentary accessories. I’m not the best at this. The deals are always fun. I got two scarfs for 10 dollars. I found excellent deals on necklace earring sets. One of the necklace sets broke when my daughter caught her finger on it. She didn’t yank it hard but it fell apart. It was cheap so I didn’t try to take it back. I like to buy cheap so I don’t have to worry about somethig breaking or getting lost, but I expected it to last longer than a day. Again, it was our fault. She caught her fingers on it when she was trying to get her scarf off. I will love shopping at Charming Charlie for years to come.

I am a little confused how come the address on the receipt does not tally with the address they put on their online website.
All in all Jennifer is efficient and all the staffs are helpful. Jennifer mentioned that I could opt for a «rewards card» that has savings or links to save deals etc etc through online. I did not know about this deal from 2 other Charming Charlie that I have been to. Nevertheless, I managed to purchase a gift card for one of my friends birthday. SCORE!

What a cute store! I’ve never seen an accessories store with such a wide selection, so when I discovered this little gem I had to make a mental note. They’ve got clothes too, but it’s mostly about the jewelry and handbags. Pretty reasonable prices, too; not so cheap that you could buy anything you wanted on a whim, but not so expensive that what you need isn’t affordable. I noticed that their clearance section has amazing deals: bogo on items that are already marked down to 50−60%.

This is the store to go to if you want current, fashionable, color matched accessories that pull your outfit together. This is a reasonably priced accessory store and I love the grouping by color — makes it super easy to spot what you need to go with whatever it is you’re looking for and it won’t break the bank.

Charming Charlie has come to Southglenn! I discovered this accessory and clothing store while visiting family in Aurora; we went to the Stapleton location. I am so glad that it has come to South Denver, because it’s AMAZING. From the moment you walk in, you’ll be stunned by the accessories. Oh, the accessories, in every style, color, shape, and size you could possibly want. Jewelry, shoes, handbags, and clothes to boot. The focus here isn’t on clothes, but there is a decent selection and I’ve picked up a few cute pieces here and there. My only pet peeve is how attentive the sales staff is. You’re probably wondering how this could possibly be a pet peeve, so I’ll tell you. When my mom and I were shopping, we were approached four times by staff asking how we were doing, if we needed a bag, and sharing information about the current promotions. It was the exact same thing, four times throughout our relatively short shopping trip. Bear in mind that I have worked in retail and I fully understand how management encourages approaching the customers, even to the point where it’s complete overkill; believe me, I’ve done this myself. It can just get a little repetitive at times, and it’s important to be aware of this before shopping here.
