I’ve never been more disappointed in my twelve years of renting. I’ve been lied to, disrespected, threatened, put off, mismanaged, and ignored. I will never have anything positive to say about this company. They have nobody’s interest other than their owners’. So, if you’re a disreputable human being looking to be a slum lord, by all means, call them asap.

This company is an absolute DISASTER FOR TENANTS! I just received an email to demand compliance or possessio, not because I didn’t pay my rent but for the fact that the sprinkler system was not winterized before I moved in and it flooded part of the basement. I was moving my belongings into this filth when they turned my water on 3 days after I received my keys w/​o compensation and they attempted to take $ 500 out of my account w/​o notifying me or getting consent. I believe they may be trying to charge me the insurance deductible but Grant (the owner), who knows it all won’t return my call. NEVER GET INTO BED WITH DPM IF YOU’RE A TENANT!!! Owners should be ashamed to try and charge tenants for their negligence on their own property. RUN FAST and FAR TENANTS!!!

I had a very candid and honest review of this company; however, I was contacted by their lawyer and told they would sue me for not removing the content that specifically detailed their contracts.
I would not rent from this company. I would advise you do the same.
Lawyers of Unilocal,Help! Even after I edited my review to not include any details about the lease I got this message:
«Per the terms of your application, DPM has assessed the initial $ 10,000 charge for breach which will begin reporting to your credit report in 9 days if not paid or the review removed. Again, please remove the entire post.»
This seems like harassment and intimidation. This company is worse than a loan shark.

If they’re this disorganized for showings, I can only imagine the horrors that await renters.
I booked a showing this morning, drove 45 minutes in the middle of the work day to get to the house, and waited around for 15 minutes with nobody around. I finally called and was told they were planning to call me to let me know they don’t manage that place anymore.
They wasted 2 hours of my day advertising a place that’s not even theirs and didn’t have the common curtesy to even call me. Cherry on top was she made an excuse instead of just apologizing. If they «just found out a couple minutes ago» they were already 10 minutes late.
