I was a regular member customer of Elements for years getting one or two massages per month. They have a lot of employee turnover so I had to change therapists multiple times. But the thing that really made me mad was when I got a gift card & they wouldn’t honor it because it was a few days expired. I terminated my membership & have never been back. I live near this location. They were recently closed for awhile & then re-​opened under new ownership FWIW.

After getting massages regularly here for a while I finally became a member and I see Heather once a month for 80 minutes. I went through many therapists at the beginning due to the staff having scheduling changes or transferring, but I finally found a good match for me that has stuck. I have received great service here where they have gotten to know who I am. The hot stone massages are also wonderful. I have referred many friends here. I love the level system for the therapists so you can narrow down who is good for you. Being able to book appointments online is also nice.

I have been back two more times. Both were 55 minutes. i think it is worth the extra time and money to go for 80 minutes!

My Husband and I have tried to find a Massage place closer to home, but those locations don’t come close to this Elements Massage at Piney Creek! The 40 min drive is worth it to us.
Every therapist we’ve experienced listens to you, and they’ll customize the treatment… unlike some high-​end locations where you can tell the therapist gives the same exact treatment to everyone. Each therapist seems to have their own specialty… so be sure to mention your needs to the Office Manager when you call! She’ll give you the right person so you receive the right treatment.
The location is always clean, private (massage rooms are behind a closed door), quiet, they’re not «salesy», has plenty of parking and is actually open until 8pm for those of us who work full time and have busy weekends!
Prices are typical — $ 60/​hr, but this is a franchise, some times they have great deals per season!
