Ernie Arellano – Denver Real Estate

We recently worked with Ernie Arellano to purchase a property in the Denver area. Ernie was terrific and the transaction closed quickly and smoothly as a result of his expertise. Given that we currently live outside of Colorado, Ernie worked with us on the phone and via email prior to our arrival in Denver and once we arrived was instrumental in helping us find the right area in which to purchase a property. We were on a very tight timeframe in Denver, and Ernie dedicated very long days and an intense week, showing us countless properties to help us get into contract. He is knowledgeable, patient, extremely organized and always put our interests first. When we ran into a concern about a certain property, he helped us get the necessary information that we needed to make a decision and was supportive of the decision we made. After going into contract on a property, Ernie took care of the follow up items to make sure that things got done per the contract. He is a wealth of information and has many resources relating to real estate. He was also a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely use him again in another transaction in Colorado.
