Extra Space Storage

I was so pleased with the service and the condition of the storage facility. I needed a locker for a very last minute rental. They not only accommodated me, but found me a better locker that I originally reserved and made sure it was swept out and clean before I moved things in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the facility is safe and really well managed.

We drove up 3 minutes to closing after driving all day in the snow, and were happily greeted and given top notch service! We are so happy we found this place and will be sure to pass them along to everyone who is looking for a safe place to store their goods.

This was the best storage moving experience I’ve ever had. They processed my paperwork quickly, let me use their truck for free, and had a bbq promotional lunch at the end of the move… outstanding customer service!

We are in process of moving and putting our house on the market, so wanted to put some boxes and excess furniture in storage. Therefore, we rented a 5 X 10 space for use for a couple months. The space we rented was spacious (it was actually larger than we anticipated because while the floor area was only approximately 5 X 10, it was very tall and worked well for stacking boxes and for tall furniture), clean and dry, temperature controlled, and very reasonably priced. It was easy to access with rolling carts conveniently supplied at the door to the building, and the large elevator. The front desk /​live-​in manager was extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and just a very nice person, which made the process of renting even better. Access is easy, convenient, and with good hours. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone! We would definitely use it again in future should we have short or longer term storage needs.

Bring your tape measure!
We recently got a 5×15″ foot which turned out to be 4×12.5″ feet in actual sq footage! Big difference — when the nice lady showed us a 10×10 as an option when she measured it herself turned out to be 9×10″! …okay… We already paid and signed what will management do? Barely anything! And THAT reluctantly. Sad.
Possitives? You bet. The front office ladies are great. And space is clean.

This storage facility is what I needed! It’s between my home and office so I can get to it when I need to. Also, they have a truck/​van available to help with stuff that doesn’t fit in my car. That was a real timesaver and greatly appreciated! Staff was very helpful explaining the process and getting me set up. Thanks!
