I went in to pick up a new racquet. Online I saw it on Tennis Warehouse for $ 99 as it is last years model. I didn’t expect them to price match, but I thought I would ask anyway. They honored the deal online! These guys are awesome and will be my one stop shop for all future tennis needs. Thanks Game Set Match!

We went to Game Set Match for the first time tonight to shop for our Halloween costumes. Thanks to Rachel, we found everything we needed. She stayed open later than closing to let us shop. She was super helpful, very knowledgeable about the products to make good recommendations. The sales there are awesome. I got a tennis dress for 50% off. Right now they are having a sale for shoes — buy one pair and get another pair for FREE! The apparrel is so cute and fashionable. And the customer service was phenomenal. We ended up getting clothes that we’ll wear other than for Halloween. 5 stars all around!!!

The knowledge the staff has relating to racquets, racquet stringing and apparel can’t be beat. They communicate with their customers to determine what level of play is involved and put them into the appropriate racquet. Their turn time on racquet stringing is incredible, surpassing any competitor in town. Believe me, been there, done that. GSM knows what they are doing. Also, good to note, great selections on shoes, socks and apparel for many sports, not just tennis.

Great experience today finding a ‘replacement’ shoe for my Asic Gel Resolutions. Very helpful, knowledgeable and passionate staff helped me find a great solution. Can’t get that from the online stores — ever.

Brought my racquet for a restring. They got it done in 30 minutes. Unreal!

Awesome gear selection, racquet demo selection, string selection, and shoes selection — and fantastic customer service! I come here for all of my tennis equipment now, and have been going here for the past year and a half — have never had a bad experience here. Highly recommended

I had a terrible experience at this store and will never shop there again! I have spent a lot of money at this store on racquets, shoes and clothes and have been fairly happy but recently had a few issues with racquets they have restrung and cannot believe the way they treated me! I had two racquets restrung recently and on the first racquet, they cracked the frame. I noticed it immediately and when I took it back in, the owner claimed that their machines don’t crack frames (even though they are operated by humans) and that he wasn’t willing to do anything. On the second racquet, the strings wore down so quickly that after playing with it 10 times, the strings were about to pop. Once again, took the racquet back in and was told this was normal wear and there was nothing they could do. Furthermore, the owner/​manager was extremely rude and condescending to me right in front of his other customers. I took my business to PGA Superstore who carry the same products for less and with great customer service. I like to support local companies but can’t support a company that treats their customers like dirt.

I am very impressed by the team at Game Set Match. I went in to get my raquet re-​strung and the guidance and help in determine the right string for me was great. No pressure on upselling, and just great knowledge on the benefits of chosing the right strings for me.
On top of that, when I had issues with my raquet right after getting it re-​strung I took the raquet back to get it fixed and they not only took care of me with a new set of stings, but completed it within an hour so that I could use it for my match. The level of service was so strong and has convinced me to come back for all my tennis needs in the future. Thanks for a great experience!
