Pup E Luv Dog Grooming

Great response time!

After moving to Centennial, about 2 years ago, I googled «Best dog grooming Centennial» and this was one of the first places to come up. It was literally right down the street so we gave it a go. My Shitzu is a rescue and I am very protective of who grooms her… but from the very first visit, Janelle and her associate (can’t remember her name), treat you like family. They are so warm and sweet with me and my baby, Eleanor Rigby. They always listen to what you want done and never disappoint! I have now moved and do not live «close» but the quality of service is worth the drive. Their prices are also very affordable!

I recently brought in my 1 year old samoyed and had an excellent experience. We had a bad experience with his last grooming, so he had not been professionally groomed since June 2013. The groomer at Pup E Luv was very kind, professional, and courteous. They aim to have dogs in and out within 3 hours to help decrease the stress level on the dog– however, my sammy’s coat takes a very long time to dry. As the three hour mark neared– the groomer took the time to call me and let me know that it was going to take approximately another hour. I found this to be very professional and was grateful for the update. In the end, my sammy looked beautiful and smelled fantastic. We will definitely be visiting this groomer again and highly recommend her to others!

My 11 year old poodle is kind of a Jerk. There, I said it. He’s Unilocaly, hates to have his feet touched and would do about anything to avoid a bath. But he LOVES Janelle at Pup E Luv! Thank goodness! He always leaves looking perfect and they’ve never even tried to humiliate him with bows! AWESOME!

I would not recommend. I was very disappointed with my experience here. When I first walked in the building smelled of smoke. Does not have very convenient hours. Could not bring my dog in before 9am and had to pick him up no later than noon. Hard to fit those times in for a working professional.
My dogs nails were not all trimmed. Some were but others were not even touched. He was trimmed but still not the way he has been when taken to other groomers. She cut him on top and it was very choppy. His fur looks butchered. He still is very long. I wanted him trimmed for the winter and he was hardly cut. Still has lots of fur that should have been trimmed. His tail was very long and when I arrived to pick him up that wasn’t even cut. I had to ask for that to be trimmed before I left.
For the money it was not worth it at all. I am fine paying $ 45 to have him trimmed and looking like he actually got a haircut. You can barely tell he was trimmed though. I would not recommend this place. Very disappointed.

I’m giving 4 stars only because I never got to meet the lovely lady who groomed my dog. I think she was fantastic on the phone when we spoke to set up the appointment. My husband was the one who actually dropped off and picked up our pooch. But this place was very accommodating and made our dog look fabulous. They are also reasonably priced. I’m overall VERY satisfied with their work. I am definitely taking my dog back there!

My 12+ year old «puppy» had a less than stellar experience at his last grooming place. After that I did not want to risk getting my head «barked» off again… seriously a dog should NOT leave a grooming unhappy!!!
I called Susan and when making an appointment with her she wanted to know how old he was and any concerns so she could take good care of him. When I walked in today to leave Max there it was cozy and very much a place you’d feel comfortable and know your pup was going to be pampered.
As I entered the shop later to pick up Max he was SMILING and his tail was wagging. The grooming took at least 3 years off his looks and he’s feeling soooo much better. He gives the place 5 hi-​paws and highly recommends the nice warm bath!
