I had been driving by this place the last 2 years and seeing their sign advertising their breakfast burritos. I decided to stop and try one. I wasn’t disappointed. When I was inside i noticed they had a drive through, which wasn’t advertised that I saw. Their signage is not good, it leaves much to be desired, but food is very good. So if you try it out and pull up and nobody is in the parking lot, it’s not because of the food, it’s their location and signage.

Best horchata in town. The large is huge! It wouldn’t fit in my cup holder but oh so delicious! Also try the chicken tacos.

Absolutely inconsistent on their prices and on their product. I don’t see how this place is still running. Don’t waste your time here. Rude staff, mediocre food, and an ever changing price on the items.

I’ve been to Tata’s twice and both times were for the carne asada fries! Crispy fries topped with plenty of carne asada, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo! Also tried a churro, filled with cream with a warm, crunchy outside. Very decadent but worthwhile!

The only place where I can find good hot carrots and a generous portion. The breakfast burritos are delicious again good sized. I don’t care for the Carne Asada but staff is friendly and the food is served hot and fresh.

I used to be addicted to their Carne Asada Fries. So inconsistent, though. Some days, the meat would be moist, yet sparse. Other days, it was like beef jerky and THEN it was plentiful. They have different prices posted for their fries, too. Picture billboard at the drive-thru shows $ 6.50 but on the itemized menu further up… it’s $ 6.95. The turning point for me was a nice big fat artery/“tube” that was attached to a piece of beef. I thought it was a drinking straw that had been cut off. that’s how big it was. Never been back since.

Great breakfast burritos at a killer price. The tortilla is a real tortilla not some store bought flour tortilla. The red and green sauces are the perfect addition.

The burritos are ALL tortilla. I ordered a beef burrito and it was wrapped six times with tortilla. Maybe five bites of beef in the entire thing.

Great food and amazing service. Everyone behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer. They have the entire menu open all day including the breakfast burritos. Since I was hoping to find a better breakfast place before my drive to work I went ahead and got a breakfast burrito at 7:30 pm. Fantastic and I look forward to coming back for breakfast, lunch and dinner down the road.

This place is a no-joke taqueria. If you know what that means then you know what you want, and this is the place to find it in our neck of the woods. If you think it’s overpriced, then A) you’re wrong, or B) you need to tell me where you find the same kind of quality. My only complaint is that they aren’t open late, but it’s out in SE Aurora so there’s not so much of a scene to warrant it. Staff is super friendly.

Now that we have been here 5 or 6 times, I’m going to give that 4th star — in spite of the houseplants that GOTTAGO! They young lady that is almost always here is so super nice and I actually think the chile is pretty good. The prices are extremely reasonable and the food is tasty. Good value for breakfast too! $ 11 for two! Glad this place is walking distance from our house!

It was okay — something different from Taco Bell. The Pollo Asado burrito was grilled chicken(kind of dry) and guacamole and that was about it. And the carnitas taco was meat and guac and onions and that was about it, on a large kind of soggy corn tortilla. The churro was long and kind of gooey inside — not sure if it wasn’t done but it was kind of sick in a good way. The water from the fountain drink machine tasted funky and couldn’t stand drinking a cup of that. Adequate seating, parking, place was kind of nice. Menu behind counter was hard to read the ingredients in each item. Service was friendly.

Fantastic breakfast burritos! Slow but friendly service. Don’t let the fast food style atmosphere fool you.

I have been here about a dozen times for their breakfast burritos, it is close to the house, they are good, however; I think they are a little over priced. I usually get a bacon breakfast burrito with green chili on the inside. Here it costs about $ 5.50 after tax. Most places in SE Aurora would charge right around $ 4 for the same thing. They charge extra for the chili on the inside. C’mon, let’s keep it real, who would want a breakfast burrito with no chili on the inside? Not many people! I made that mistake the fist time that I came here. All in all, tasty burrito, a little over priced, but I keep coming back for some reason You have to give them a shot. Definitely have pretty good food.

So here is an update. I have eaten here a few more times and was almost ready to bump it up a few stars. I have discovered that the breakfast are actually not that bad — get them with no potato though as they put 75% potato to everything else. So why no star bump.. . Last time i went in i tried the tacos — almost burned to a crisp. Plants hanging from the ceiling were leaking nasty water, and they were out of coke and sprite. *sigh* i really want to like this place — they make it REALLY hard.

How this place got good reviews is beyond me. Got a tasteless breakfast burrito, side of canned chili and it was filled with French fries. No joke. Gross! Won’t bother trying anything else.

We come for the breakfast burritos. Usually drive thru but lately coming inside. The breakfast burritos are really good and the green chili is outstanding. I recommend extra chili inside. Chorizo or bacon can’t go wrong. The place is a little run down but it’s not like they have millions to upgrade. Anyway… Yummy for breakfast as I have yet to make it here for any other meal.
