Wingin It

We try not to have wings often no matter how much we love them but when we do, we hit Wingin It. They have a ton of sauces and other great items on their menu. We love going there to get our party wings for the big games and no matter how big/​small the order is and how last minute it might be, they handle the orders like pros. They seriously have the best wings and the greatest staff. Keep up the great job!

I give it five stars for the quality of the bone-​in wings and the flavors of the sauces. I subtract a couple of stars for the price of a short glass of domestic draft beer (ShockTop) at $ 4.85/ea. A 6 wing lunch special with a single draft beer for $ 12.85 just seems a little bit heavy on the price side. Still, the wings were good.

Hands down the best wings in the Denver area. Been coming here for years. So many bold flavors to choose from. You can test out the sauces when you order at the counter. I highly recommend wingin it if your in the mood for wings!

Tried for the first time today, won’t be back! Got boneless wings in a variety of sauces. The sauces weren’t bad but the meat itself was awful, this is not chicken breast meat like you would expect. The breading was mushy and the meat like that of McDonald’s nuggets. I couldn’t even finish one whole wing and spit it out in my napkin. Don’t waste your money!

I’m real picky about my wings. I don’t want the fatty, rubbery and gelatinous legs or the dried out, nearly meatless flats. Thus, I usually avoid wing places because most of the time, you get one or the other and pay a lot for them.
My fiancé was dying for wings during the World Series one night and me being the epitome of amazing soon-​to-​be-​wife offered to drive no further than one mile from our house AND he had to call to place our order. He’s a lucky guy, huh? ;)
We noticed on their website on Tuesdays it’s .49¢ wing night, which luckily was the night we were ordering. Totally awesome and they seem to have different specials throughout the week.
Their sauce selection is big! Way bigger than any chain wing place. The hot garlic is to die for, FYI.
The staff is nice and courteous. Our food was ready in 20-​ish minutes and waiting on me when I got there, which was one of those little things that I really, really appreciated.
The wings here are great! They are perfectly cooked, crispy (but not too crispy!) and void of any major rubbery grossness. Like I said, the sauces we picked were delicious and the ranch dressing they use is ridiculously good.
We’ll definitely do take out vs. dining in because I don’t want anyone to ever see my wing takedown– it ain’t pretty. But they do have tables and a no frills environment, so if you’re looking for a place where you can shamelessly get your carnivore on, this is the place to do it.

We ordered a lot of different things. The wings are yummy! LOVE the ranch. The wedge salad wasn’t worth getting though. Besides the wedge salad, everything was very good.

My favorite wing place by far! Staff is great, all the big games are always on. The only bad thing is even when you preorder for super bowl, the place is not organized and the staff over sells which means people get shorted. I have missed parts of the game several times thanks to the unusually slow speed of this place.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for years and I absolutely love it the service is friendly and prompt even the cooks are friendly and the owner makes it a point to make sure all of my needs are met. The only set back I can find at this establishment is that Jimmy buffett is played a little too often… Or constantly and it gets pretty annoying pretty quick! But other than that one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been too!!!

My husband and I are always on the hunt for the best hot wings and I think we have finally found them. The wings here are big, alaways covered in sauce and have a handful of different flavors. You can get a picture of beer to chase down those spicy ranch hot wings and it is the perfect combo. Their french fries are also reallllly good!

Tried Wingin It after reading about its Cajun Dry-​Rub wings with Old Bay seasoning, as I love Old Bay. Ordered 10 wings, which were just a tad too dry but I did enjoy the flavor, and if I have to choose I would rather have chicken overdone a bit than underdone a bit.
The wings would put them at 3 ½ starts but extra credit for extremely friendly counter staff, who allowed me a couple samples of various craft beers on tap while I decided which one. Ended up on a double IPA «Lake» something that was a perfect complement.
I’m always worried about the viability of restaurants once the strip mall anchor has closed, Safeway in this case, but Wingin It looks like a survivor. Hope so!

I had the Spicy Parmeasan Garlic lunch special and an order of Deep frieded Oreos. It was great comfort food.

This place has the best wings around (even better than the infamous place in Morrison). The owner really went out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with the food and service at his restaurant. I will definitely be stopping by more often.

This place was disappointing. Won’t be going back. We had a pick up order
Garlic Parmesan — absolutely no flavor. Tasted just like boiled chicken
Spicy Mango — not spicy. not very mango. kinda blah
Honey Garlic — tasted a lot like their garlic parmesan
Beer Fries — those didn’t taste fresh either and there were only two other couples in the place.
I usually like to support local business but honestly i would have been happier with $ 10 wings from Domino’s.

Yup! Really good wings. Crispy outside with well balanced flavor or sauce with a juicy tender inside!!!
The only thing I didn’t like was the overwhelming menu options of sauces. Hey had some of them on the counter for u to test try, but still overwhelming. Will that stop me from going back? Absolutely not!
Also tried the hush puppies and cream cheese poppers. Both wonderful!

The various sauces we’ve tried have always been good, and the chicken wings and sticks are always plump and tasty. Also, fried mushrooms. We pick up an order at least once a month.

I had heard great things about this restaurant so I was excited to try it for lunch with a coworker. I was very disappointed.
I ordered the medium sauce on traditional wings for the 6 wing lunch special (which is a great deal). The sauce was good but the fries had zero flavor. Not even salt.
My coworker ordered the boneless wings with the mango sauce. The boneless chicken was pretty terrible. I’ve had better chicken at fast food restaurants. The sauce was ok, not great. It tasted like a mild buffalo sauce.
Overall, definitely not going to go back here. I’m sad to say that Buffalo Wild Wings has better wings/​fries.

Wow, what an improvement in 2 weeks! Matt, the owner, took the time to reach out to me to discuss my visit, which is a plus 1 star in my book. He told me he discussed with his staff on the quality of the wings, which is evident in my return this evening.
The wings were cooked perfectly! They were crispy and yet still juicy on the inside and didn’t dry out. The sauce was plentiful and delicious. The onion rings and mushrooms were crispy as well.
5 stars for the owner reaching out to me to rectify the issue as well as for the improvement the food.

Wingin it is good, up there with BWW and Hooters for me! Lots of exotic homemade sauces, the menu changes so keep your eyes open for new stuff!

I do have memories of unique Wing place. In my travels.. there was this place in the Cleveland suburbs. .beer and wings.
So when I look for a wing place I’m focusing oncool sauces, awesome fries, and a great selection of beers
At for it not to be BW3 (Buffalo wild wings — aka Mcdonalds mcnuts with sauces)
Winging it fits our bill. It has a great selection of wings (boneless included) and a solid variety of sauces. The fries are delicious and addictive. The beer selection, which I never seem to get around and ordering, looks decent.. though mostly bottles. If only they had draft.
My sons have had no complaints. No issues with peanut allergies (no peanut oil here) and the kids seem to love wings, corndogs, and other awesome winging it like food.
The restaurant sits next to a fazolis (I always wonder WHO the heck eats at that place? seriously?) and a grocery store. So there is a lot of easy parking.. .
We continue to be a fan, and will be back.
