The food was really good, the waiter was really kind, and attentive. Overall the experience was great

The host wasn’t very welcoming when we came in, he also did not walk in front of us to show us where our table was, our server wasn’t nice or friendly, when he asked what type of salad we wanted with our meal he walked away as I was speaking what we wanted, which is extremely rude. The server barely came over to our table and gave other tables more service. Does anyone here know about real customer service???

My mother chose this for our Girls’ Lunch Out today. We hadn’t had time for just«us» and this is one of her favorite restaurants. The food was decent, as usual. The crab legs(I know — frozen) were cooked very well and they were very full. Works for me! The best thing about this visit was our waiter, Heejoon! He was extremely personable and attentive! He made it an experience for both of us! Thank you, Heejoon!

My family went to this location last night to celebrate my birthday & my sister in laws birthday as well. Mom’s treat! Our waitress was Kari & she was great &very attentive and tipped 20%. However, my 86 year old mother & Brother were sick all night long after eating dinner. My brother had Admirals feast & mom has the 4 course. Mom’s clam chowder as well as mine was served barley warm, watery & clam less with some potato chuncks. My mom coleslaw was very watery and was terrible. The spicy shrimp was«cold» & served with ½ plate of broccoli /rice & cold shrimp which was too spicy & I tasted to verify. Cheese biscuits were standard & good. Dessert was good as well. Total $ 170 for 5 people + my daughter who only has 3 crab legs as a side & coffee. Drinks were $ 8 for wine x 4&2 draft beers. Appitzer was crab dip & chips not much maybe 1⁄3 cup with 20 tortilla chips. I understand this is a chain restaurant but we have been here at least 8 times and last night was the worst & the last! Not worth getting SICK! Health Department will be contacted. BEWARE!

Just far more expensive than it should be for food that isn’t very good and service that isn’t either.

Disgustingly sad seafood place. They use to be good but have declined greatly. Do yourself a favor and seek seafood someplace else.

I used to go here when my kids were younger. They just loved the biscuits! My kids are older now and they still love the biscuits! The food was okay but nothing really all that special. Average cost of the entrees were $ 20 for our party of four. I had the sirloin and shrimp. My sirloin was not cooked to my order. Disappointing but they were nice enough to redo it. Others had the ‘choose 2′, where scallops were chosen for the 2. Beware if you do that though, it was another 5+ bucks(almost $ 3 extra for each one) for the scallops. Maybe I should bring my reading glasses next time to see if that was written in the menu. Another had the lobster and crab Alfredo. Very rich sauce! All in all service was good but I couldn’t help feeling that it lost its charm for me. I am sure I will go back again but maybe next time I’ll have to order the lobster so I can wear a bib!

I’ve never been a fan of chains. Don’t wear em and don’t really eat at em. Red lobster is a rare occasion for me and my family but when we eat there we like to go all out. I will say that there is nothing personal against this particular location only against the chain in total. This location was very clean and well staffed. Our waiter was very friendly and checked up on us often. It would be nice if Red Lobster would notice that their menu has been roughly the same for a very long time. Get with the times people. You have great food but it is kind of tiring to always find the same things in the menu. Overall, if you are a chain food fan, this is your place.

Nice place but nothing really special about the experience. Host sat us server got us what we needed but no one went out of their way to make it a experience I wouldn’t forget. I am sure I will be back just not sure how long it will take me. Ehhh overall

Annett took fantastic care of us during lunch. They didn’t have oysters on the half shell but the snow crab was on point.

Celebrating the holidays with lunch. New menu including spicy shrimp, seafood trio and and the four course meals. Service is always excellent. The menu is much bigger with more selections. Caesar salad is always a good start. Blackened tilapia was great with rice and broccoli.

Lots of smells, but great service and a shameful amount of all you can shovel shrimp. I had to check out the all you can eat shrimp, and I did it. It only cost $ 15.99 and my sense of self respect. My favorite was the classic breaded shrimp. I didn’t like the scampi quite as much, and for my taste the coconut shrimp was too sweet(maybe I’d get it as my last«dessert» order. The only time I felt queasy while there was walking across the restaurant to the bathroom. Lots of fishy smells.

All you can eat shrimp. Always sounds like a great idea until you get all you can eat shrimp. The flavors offered were excellent considering it was all you can eat shrimp. The first serving seems a lot larger than the additional servings. The size of the shrimp were very inconsistent. The coconuts bites were delicious. Stay away from the pasta if you do the shrimp all you can eat. Service is always excellent at this location. Shrimp came out fairly fast.

Great food. One favorite is the coconut shrimp, but even better than that are the legendary unlimited cheesy rolls they serve at no extra cost to all guests. –1 for the ambiance, which seems just a bit lacking. But the food is definitely a 5⁄5!

I never thought I would be writing a mediocre review on a place I normally love to eat at. I’ve only ate at this location once, and it’s safe to say I will never go back. The young girls hosting were very short, almost rude when we came in. Granted we came in an hour before they closed, but they looked annoyed. Our waitress was the same way. Very short with us, not welcoming nor friendly. And to top it off– The food wasn’t good.

I hadn’t been to a Red Lobster in decades and was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to this location. The restaurant posted a free tasting event on Unilocal and I was lucky enough to be accepted. If purely rating on the event, this would definitely be a 5-star review. The staff really gave us the red carpet treatment and you could tell that they really care about what they do. For the event, they gave us each 2 drink coupons and then we were able to sample 3 appetizers, 5 entrees, and 3 desserts(all served family style) from their Lobsterfest menu. Our service was excellent! And the general manager, service manager, and chef all came out to talk with us. And to top it all off they gave each of us a goodie bag filled with everything from biscuit mix to a lobsterfest t-shirt. Again, event was definitely 5 stars and thank you Red Lobster for the invitation! Thinking about the food and how likely I’d be to come back, I’d say this location is 3 stars — definitely A-OK. Just in general, I gravitate towards the independent restaurants more than the big national chains. But, I’d certainly be willing to come back here. The standouts for the night for me were the appetizers. I did not try the stuffed mushrooms because I’m not a mushroom fan, but I thoroughly enjoyed both the lobster pizza and the sweet chili shrimp. Those shrimp were my favorite thing of the night — crispy, light, with a little heat. And I was the only one at the table who voluntarily ate the greens that came with the shrimp and thought the lettuce gave the shrimp a nice balance. The lobster pizza was also super yummy — nice thin crust, chunks of lobster, and a bit of a lemon tang. I’m probably most likely to come back for drinks and those appetizers. The entrees we sampled were all good, but none of them were as memorable as the appetizers. The lobster tail stuffed with shrimp and the steak were my favorites there. And, I did really enjoy the mashed potatoes and green beans that came with most entrees. For dessert, you can’t go wrong with the chocolate cake. Definite yum. The key lime pie was also quite good. The red velvet cake in a jar was not for me — a whole lot of frosting(which I’m usually all for) and it was very, very sweet(rather than the cream cheese frosting you’d typically find on red velvet). The wine selection was decent. I had a glass of pinot noir and of riesling and I thought both were good.

Let me start by saying this most recent visit was for a Unilocal event where they were sampling out the 2014 Lobsterfest menu. I would generally rate the food at Red Lobster at about a 3 star experience due to the cost to food joy ratio. That said, when the company is treating you for the food, that ratio gets skewed much higher. Almost dare I say it, to the 5 star level. But we did seem to find a large number of shell fragments(possibly due to other people sharing the dishes and not knowing how to cut a piece off a lobster tail) in the meal. Also, the desserts while tasty were a little much, especially the red-velvet cake in a jar. This trend of putting food in mason jars also kinda irks me. Is it supposed to make it more«down homesy» or what? When I go out to dinner, the last thing I want is something that makes me think of home. Unless I am thinking to myself, «Well if I win powerball, I could get servants who could make food for me just like this.» So, the red velvet was sweet on top of sweet, on top of sweet. The drinks(also comped) seemed a bit week, but hey, free booze is good booze. By far the highlights was the(I believe) ultimate surf and turf. I was surprised that the steak was cooked so well, as Red Lobster is kinda known for … well not steak. Per the manager, due to the fact that many people will come there in a couple relationship where only one person desires seafood, they have adjusted their menu to be about 30% non-seafood. Surprising. It is Red Lobster and as a good go to place to have dinner, I approve of it.

Lobsterfest tasting out South near Park Meadows, at the launch of this years LOBSTERFEST, yummy. Red Lobster has stepped up their menu and at this tasting I was able to taste everything on the new Lobster menu, yup we even had the Surf and Turf, Dueling Lobster tails and their Lobster in Paradise! Only one of 9 locations ever to host a tasting nationwide like this ever. All the Managers were gracious and the GM frequently asked for feedback on all the dishes, and the chef of 33 years with the company came and talked about the dishes and the beauty of the Lobsters they are getting in fresh. The biscuits are made every 15 minutes and thrown out if not going into orders immediately to be fresh at the beginning of each meal. We also tried Key Lime pie, a luscious chocolate cake and another cake in the mason jar. Needless to say, food coma, but it was so enjoyable I will be back. I am a foodie, I like food and typically stay away from the chains as much as possible. Last experience was mediocre and it’s been more than year and half since i stopped in to dine. But tonight I was blown away, everything came out fresh and tasty and I tried dishes I might not really do but highly recommend everything. Yes everything, and it is still an affordable way to have your lobster and eat it too. If you haven’t been in sometime like me, it may be time to stop back in! They are also updating their restaurant spaces and the old lobster shack looking restaurant with nets and boats, are getting some make overs, there is now a fresh vibe and definitely an improvement over what it once was! Kudos to Reb Lobster for reinventing new ways to introduce your Lobsterfest and doing a great job bringing in ordinary foodie folks in to give honest feedback!

When I dine a chain restaurants, I like to compare them to each other. Regardless if you dine at a Red Lobster in Colorado or Ohio, the experience should be consistent. I would say the experience was consistent with other Red Lobsters I have been to. I had the surf and turf with clam chowder. The steak was cooked as I requested, the lobster was tender(pretty small portion) and it tasted just as I expected. Unfortunately, there was nothing at this location that«wowed» me, but the experience was again, pleasant and consistent. Would I go back? If somebody asked me to go, yes. Would I choose to go here on my own accord, probably not.
