Great time, great service, great food. Attentive and sweet waitress, mgr checked in with us, good prices, refillable fries, beer specials! We had burgers and asked for some pink, they don’t do medium, but neither do most places. Usually ask for pink and still get well done, these had pink! We will be back!

Tried their Car To Go service and was pleasantly surprised. Had heard the food and service was awful but my experience was fine. Food was good and warm, service was friendly and on time. Will definitely give them another try!

Sincerely disappointed in this AppleBees. Had to wait 30 minutes at the table before being offered a menu or drink order taken. Food arrived cold, burnt-tasting and not what I ordered. The re-fire came back 20 minutes later with one item changed and the balance ice cold. I give up! Ugh, I’m otta here.

Food was ok, but I was on the verge of leaving and trying some other place before my presence was even acknowledged(about 1015 minutes) Not certain it was racially motivated but I was definitely a minority that night.

The waitress was super sweet and paid attention to everything especially the kids(6) we had in our party. Even going as far as putting a pitcher of strawberry lemonade at their table. Needless to say we tipped her extra :) Food was good(my wonton tacos were a little salty)…but good ambiance.

First off, I have to say that I adore Applebee’s. They have great food, great bar specials, and it’s usually an awesome experience. This particular location… lacked. Our waitress didn’t know the appetizer or drink specials. I asked for a pinot grigio and she asked, «what is that?» I said, «white wine.» She came back with a glass of white zinfandel, which I sent back. I said, «white wine… pinot grigio, sav blanc, chardonnay,» and she said, «Aww…we don’t have them fancy wines.» Seriously? The manager ended up coming over, apologizing, and getting me a chardonnay. Okay, fine. I understand confusion like that. Then, we ordered appetizers off the special. It took forever to get served. Forever. And there were hardly any people there. The food was good when we finally got it, but we never got asked for refills on our drink, so we just left. Sad… but there are some bad examples of a good restaurant chain. Advice to the bartender and wait staff… LEARN your products! Your tips will be better. =)
