Gail Gray Home

Very cute store that I have visited often. Many purchases made here from big to small for a friend’s property. I was IN LOVE with a green couch here this spring and I was sad that I was only visiting or it would have been purchased.
They have some great decorating ideas. Staff is helpful and talkative. After several huge truckfuls of purchases, however, we thought it might be possible to get some discounts. Wasn’t granted which was disappointing.

I purchased 3 bar stools back in Feb. 2014. One of the 3 chairs never sat like the other 2. Even after questioning them after receiving them, I was dismissed. Mind you, I never asked for my money back. Owner said she would stand behind her products but again couldn’t and wouldn’t fix the problem…1 ½ years later.
Here is a direct line from an email received by owner Gail Gray & myself –We tried very hard to make it work for you and still have a problem with the «perfect» sit. nothing in this world is perfect. Best luck finding new stools… the returned stools were gorgeous but apparently, in your eyes, after picking the highest grade fabric available, you expected more. Me-​The chairs should have sat the same… I’m not sure why you think it’s ok to just except the chairs as they were, especially since I did pay as much as I did for the chairs ($ 3500,00 plus)…The chairs were not on the show room floor for a long period of time, not a scratch and dent sale or just a clearance sale. These were chairs that I did pick out as well as the expensive fabric. I did not barter for a better price, I was an ongoing «great and loyal» customer.
I will no longer spend 1 cent in this establishment after spending more money than I care to admit. Owner is rude, arrogant & pretentious.
Here’s hoping this will keep others far away.

Overpriced and rude older personnel hounds you around this tiny store. Some nice inventory grossly marked up. There is a woman who works there who is rude snobby and clueless to boot (had no idea what a Quatrefoil was lol) it’s only the most ubiquitous design found everywhere, I won’t spend a cent in here. You are better off other places.

We love Audra Hill and Gail Gray Home! I met Audra back in October… we had just purchased a new home in the summer and were really overwhelmed by decorating decisions. Too many empty rooms & furniture from our old home didn’t seem to fit. Audra came to our home to take measurements and get a feel for what we liked and what we wanted to do. With all the expenses of a new home, the last thing we wanted to do was sink a ton of money into new furniture, but Audra was sure that she could make our current furniture work — just needed to move a few pieces around and order a few new pieces to finishing filling the rooms and get that cozy feel that we wanted. About two weeks later, we met her at Gail Gray to go over the design plan. We knew that we had a lot more house than we had money, so we’d have to pick and choose what work we wanted to do up front. Audra broke it out into multiple quotes to that we could see room by room impact, which helped a lot. We ended up ordering an ottoman, two arm chairs, a few throw pillows and a dining set, while still staying within budget! Her ideas gave me a few of my own for some finishing touches that I could scout out (I did some flash sales and clearance rack shopping) and keep our costs down. Now I have a beautiful family room & dining room that I’m happy with, and have the stage set for finishing a few other rooms once we’re ready.
The rest of the staff at Gail Gray has been great… all of the folks in the store have been friendly, and Debbie has helped us get our payments made and deliveries scheduled. Their delivery service is 3^rd party but friendly & careful.
Audra did a great job turning our ideas and wishes into a plan that fit our budget and our style. We’d highly recommend her. I would have thought that Gail Gray would have been outside our budget but they have a wide range of options for you to consider.
