I take my kids here about every 6 months when portrait innovation runs a promotion. This location seems to over book customers which makes for a crowded waiting area. Most of the time they are running late for your appointment which can be stressful with children. The girls work very hard to get your kids to smile — They are all very nice and patient. If you stick to the promotion, it’s a good deal. Anything outside of the deal will cost a fortune and you are better off going with a professional photographer. The quality of the image isn’t the best… But it is great if you like photos of your kids throughout the year for a decent price.

$ 14.99? Think again. After over an hour of picture taking, you get to choose from 60 photos but you can only choose ONE for the 32 picture package. I agree with all the negative comments made by the other reviewers. Ended up spending $ 79 plus $ 14.99 just to get several poses we liked. Go elsewhere

I wish I would have read these reviews here before I went here today. To start off, you walk in, there were people just standing around everywhere, and an empty desk. No one there to greet you. We check in, as we have an appointment and are advised there is a 30 minute delay. We’re told to have a seat, even though it was clear as day there was not a seat anywhere as they were packed. During our wait the staff, about 8 – 10 people, and the manager, scurried around. Never smiling, greeting anyone, or even acknowledging the people they are supposed to be serving. They take 60 shots of everyone. Regardless if you only want one, your getting 60. 20 poses, 3 shots of each. Then you pick your favorite of the 3. Even if u don’t want or like them, u have to pick one. Then you get offered a package of $ 550. And books and calendars and other crap nobody wants. I can’t stand pushy sales people, and they’ve trained 17 year olds to be pushy. I’m pretty sure they get commission. It was a bad experience. The manager needs to learn what customer service is. It’s nice walking out with your pics same day, but not worth it. Stay away. Total rip off.
