My rubber flat roof started leaking in my tenants apartment and quickly became a huge mess. I recently purchased this place and the bad roof came with it. The roofer who installed it originally added a drain that did not work and also did an overall terrible job with the entire roof. Keeping in mind that it has been a crazy winter here, I spent many a night having to sweep the roof to lessen the leak. I searched for nearby roofers with good reviews and found B&R home improvements. Bob Jr answered my call and was quick to help. He inspected the roof situation and was very informative. Careful to explain the whole process and being a very good listener made me feel very confident that he could remedy the problem. Everyone knows that winter is a tough time to do roof repair but B&R came out and removed all the ice and slush and hand dried the entire roof to make the necessary repairs. It looks fantastic! They were fast and reliable. I hope I never have another roof issue but if I do, I will definitely be calling B&R home improvement ;)
