Worst Burger King ever went by to get a quick meal ended up getting the wrong order and the fries were way too salted and cold and when I went to back to go fix my order I I was given problems as if it was my fault. As a past employee of working in fast food that was unacceptable customer service

I remember when I was in high school, Burger King was a treat, since all we had around then was Wetsons, and Mac D’s. This particular BK is a nightmare. They just can’t seem to get the order correct, and are far from courteous. The food is never served hot, and is tepid at best. There is no pride among the employees, or they would pay closer attention to their customers. I have to go over the order time and time again, because they simply are not interested enough to listen when you are placing the order. Whoever does the hiring here needs to bring their customer service and satisfaction skills up to date. Management sets the tone for its employees, and the tone here is utterly frustrating, and unprofessional.
I opt for Mac Ds just east. The food, although not my favorite, is consistent and served hot.
Maybe, just maybe, the employees at Mac D’s really listen when you order. Try them instead of this BK.
NO PICKLES!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND??? NO PICKLES!!! Oops, My bad, I thought you knew what a pickle was! Duh!!!

I’ve been going here since I was a kid. Most recently, the food was served cold and I was given a look like «seems okay to me» by the employee. I cant understand Spanish, so I’m out of luck when it comes to communicating to their staff.
