All McDonald’s are the same, right? Definitely not! The food is pretty standard since all McDonald’s gets their food shipped from the same factories, uses the same equipment, and employees trained to prepare them the same way. I have no qualms about this since this is by design to ensure consistent tasting food no matter what location you visit across the US. So what separates one McDonald’s from another? Well, there are probably multiple things but at the top of the list has got to be it’s people. And this location needs a serious upgrade. The elderly Hispanic lady at the counter gave me a hard time for trying to use two coupons. Oh, G*d forbid! Really? No other location I’ve been to even gave it a second thought. She just looks grumpy and doesn’t want to be there. McDonald’s — why would you put someone like this at the front counter to engage your customers? It was deplorable. Luckily, I found another McDonald’s not too far from where I work and I can’t tell you what a difference someone who greets you with a smile and has an upbeat attitude makes. I’ll be going to that other location from now on.

I hate all McDonald’s. I hate franchises. McDonald’s gives you food poisoning/obesity/cancer/contribute to global warming. Why do places like this exist. They don’t even deserve a star. Or a review. But I wanna let people know how awful this place is. Somehow they still remain in business. Ef bomb. No thumbs up. Don’t support McDonald’s

I have the misfortune of this being the only McDonalds within a couple of miles of my home It seems that every time I go here its off peak for them in terms of the food being fresh. There’s no good time to get food here. 90% of the time I will get fries that have been sitting under a lamp. And hamburgers that the same way. The cashiers, the poor dears, don’t really understand when I ask for the two cheeseburgers meals to be hamburgers and not cheeseburgers. When asked for freshly made foods, its like you asked them to kill their mothers. Even the manager gave me a puss once. I wish the owners would sell or hire an entire new staff. This place is not on par even for a fast food restaurant.

This place is so dysfunctional, it’s not even funny! The cashiers have no clue what they are doing. The white haired old lady yells and the employees barely pay attention to her. There’s a short dark haired Hispanic manager that pulled the cashier taking my order RIGHTINTHE. MIDDLEOFMYORDER because the cashier had to go on break. Are you serious? Couldn’t you wait until I was done? The guy they replaced her with was okay though. This place was MUCH better years before they sold it to these current owners! One last thing, who’s the idiot that control the AC? It was 50 degrees in there!!!

Typical McDonalds. Double check your order, whether drive-thru or counter. If you need to make a LEFT on 111 when leaving this location, you’re better off making a right, and turning into Burger King to make a U-Turn and wait for green light. It’s almost impossible to make a left out of this McDonalds.
