I usually don’t review fast food joints but we recently got a bunch of coupons for KFC as of late so we’ve been there a lot.
The issue isn’t the food. We have never had any problem there. The store is clean and the staff is as about as friendly as you can expect form a fats food place. It’s order accuracy. THEY ALWAYS GET THE ORDER WRONG! We called the first time and they told us they would take our information in a «book» and they would get us the right food on out next visit. We go back and our info was not in «the book». .. After some pushing by my wife they got us our food. I’ve been there 4 times in 2 weeks (we had some coupons) and every time they mess up our order.
