Grate service. We ordered spinach dip, hot scrimps(++++ must try!), and onion rings, everything were very good! Main course was not as good as appetizers.

Came here for lunch. We had: 3FOR $ 13.99 appetizer deal: 1) spinach & artichoke dip. It consisted of Nachos and a bowl of spinach & artichoke dip sauce and a bowl of mild sauce. 2) mozzarella sticks. It came with 4 mozzarella sticks. 3) chips & salsa. It consisted of Nachos and a bowl of mild sauce. For the Entrees: 4) Fiesta Lime Chicken. The chicken was good and the sauce was juicy. But the brown rice was hard to eat. 5) Bourbon Street Steak. The steak was ok. Not the best steak and not the worst. Just ok. 6) Savory Cedar Salmon. Salmon was ok, tho it was a bit dry. Some sauces may be needed. It also came with some spinach. This place is ok to come for lunch. The food is A-OK…

The worst by far! I ate here 2 years ago and had the worst time. Service was ridiculously unacceptable. Food was sub par and the wait was not worth it. Woodbury Commons did a complete make over. Have more stores and restaurants. They’ve opened up a Shake Shake, Chipotle, Pret a manger to name a few which is great because all you had before that was McDonald’s and a few others not worth mentioning. I’ve done the biggest mistake by giving Applebee’s a second chance a weeks ago. I am done with Applebee’s! Same service as my last visit 2 years ago. Something’s never change and they are no different! Thank you Woodbury for the upgrade! You will never find me at Applebee’s ever again! I’d give them ZERO stars but to write a review you need to put at least One!

Darty plase(forks, knives etc) Food is so bad.(Not fresh, no taste) They ask for soda refill but they charge you.(More money=more tips) You don’t need microwave in the kitchen Dinung area smells so bad.

Terrible service. The other servers let us wait forever at the door while she trained a clueless new server on how to seat us. Only a poor old lady was working in our area. This old lady worked very hard. The other waiter simply watch the tv and don’t pay attention to anyone. This restaurant over-works a poor old lady to death. I gave her full tips despite the terrible service of this entire restaurant. We ordered a full rack of baby back ribs. It was burned too much. I was eating gritty carbon soots with the meat. The steak was too salty.

I don’t expect much from Applebee’s to be honest. But this place isn’t even at that level. Drive a couple miles away from the outlets and get a sushi boat for two at Yune’s Sushi for the same price instead.

My 1st time coming to Applebee’s location. I’m so disappointed with the service and food. My oriental chicken was dry and I found the lettuce head in my salad. My kids cheese quesadilla was hard and cold. We were here at Saturday noon and surprisingly, it wasn’t busy at all. There were 3 other customer tables besides us but the food took a long time to arrive(about 20 minutes). That’s too long especially when the place is almost empty and my order was simple. It’s not like they are putting something gourmet for us. I don’t think we will come here again. I just wanted to try something else besides their food court. I guess next time we will head back to the food court or nearby the mall.

Had the best waitress/bartender take care of our broken down bus riders. EMILYISTHEBEST. She has a positive attitude, amazing memory, charming personality and is beyond patient and understanding. Honestly, one of the best bartenders I’ve ever come across. She made the difference on this cold night. Hostess was dumbfounded when I told her we had 20 people and needed a section. After seating us slowly and hesitantly, they moved us all to the bar afterwards for some reason where the second bartender had just left and one poor bartender was there to attend to a full bar. Of course the bartender was shocked but she handled all of us with a smile. Manager was funny enough to come over and ask the bartender if she needed anything… obviously she needed another waiter so he subbed in after she kindly asked. Even though the bartender didn’t take our orders, she knew all of our orders. She had everything memorized and brought the dishes out with a smile when nobody else was bringing it out or if the dish had been forgotten. Honestly, if she hadn’t served us, I would have been highly disappointed in the service in this location. Several employees standing around on their phones or watching the games and food missing left and right or coming out very slowly.

Better food than the one in NJ by my house. Quick service. My pasta was really dry and bland until I asked for more Alfredo sauce on the side which I got quickly with no problem and the pasta was good to go. Raspberry lemonade on point here.

The waiting area in the front is so small that no one can actually wait there, yet they have no outside microphone or guest notification system. The waiter took fifteen minutes to take our drink orders. We only ordered appetizers which took more than a half hour to come out. The waiter told us that our food had been ready for ten minutes, but no runners were taking it out. The green beans had a small serving, the tacos were stone cold and the queso sauce was a half serving. Overall, not a good experience.

There isn’t much to say here that is positive. The system for calling names is outdated. You give your name to the host, he says«okay, thirty minutes». There is no buzzer. They don’t accept your phone no to text you. If you aren’t there when they call you, you’ll lose your place in line. It seems a bit antiquated to me. If they went to the texting system, which a lot of Chains in malls do, surrounding stores would get more business while people waited. The wait also would have been better if the lobby was larger. There were just so many people crammed into a small space. It was like the 4 train in the middle of rush hour. No bueno. Please get a buzzer with a range or switch to texting. Service was okay. Our waiter was overwhelmed and I don’t fault him for slow service from the kitchen. The food runner took too long and by the time the food came out it was cold. We were hungry so we didn’t return it to reheat. He was polite and accommodating otherwise. Food portion was off. Too many potato skins, not enough queso sauce. Not enough dip for the fried green beans etc. just an underwhelming Applebee’s experience if you can imagine that happening.

I wasn’t expecting much but it was lacking what I was expecting as an experience. Dang shame! The day was going so well until now. Horrible. The waiter wasn’t prob at all, her misfortune just happens to be the spot she works at. Food is very bland & flavorless no matter the choice.

first time(and likely last time) that I have eaten at an Applebee’s. their prices are consistent with most chain restaurants, may even be on the slightly cheaper side. Their riblettes dish was probably the best thing we had all night, but on the other hand, they forgot to bring out the quesedilla that came with our appetizer platter, the plates had black scratches and marks on them(we thought it was dirt on the plate/in the meal) and the server brought out our check waaay too early into the meal. Service was decent, but this particular location(due to its location within the outlet malls) does have a lot of jaded servers who are too annoyed with tourists to care enough to try hard. Our initial waitress explained items way too much(and we weren’t even tourists!)

Don’t eat here– food is not good at all. Veggies are nowhere near fresh, and flies bugging you while you eat!!! Come On please do not eat here. Waitress Kelly was great.

Even though this location was and usually is super busy, when we finally sat down we got A++ service. Nigel A was our waiter and he was what a waiter should be. (fast, efficient and attentive) The food was unlike any other Applebee’s I have experienced, It was actually GOODFOOD! I will stop in for a bite when I’m in the area shopping and you should too. I wouldn’t recommend the food court near bye… Just saying. Enjoy =)

Close this place down… Let me get the good out of the way. The staff were friendly and attentive and that is all they got going on for them in that location. When you are held hostage by the food options within the confines of a shopping mall you don’t expect much but this place really lowers the bar. The overall restaurant looks clean enough but every dish and set of flatware I received(yes I asked for more than 1 and even inspected others) was spotted and had leftover food particles on it. The food itself, yes I know it’s an Applebee’s, was just depressingly low in quality. One of those moments you contemplate just not eating. Finally, because of the nature of the beast, it gets insanely crowded and the wait is ridiculous. Not really the restaurants fault but still tough. My take away, bring your own food when you take the excursion to Woodbury Commons…

You had fun this afternoon, nothing else. Recht hat er, der Sam.

Oh man… If you eat here, you must be needing fuel from shopping. Other then that, you shouldn’t have any business eating here. Sitting at the bar, I ordered some chicken/pasta dish. When it arrived the dish had greasy finger prints all over and the cook left me a nice surprise… a nice, long, blonde, curly hair wrapped around the ziti. I called the waitress over which sent over the manager. He was apologetic and offered something else. Nice guy, too bad he wasn’t that nice. He charged me full price of my meal and my friends. Wow…I’d rather starve.
