Had a layover at Sky Harbor and this was close to my gate, very low expectations. Ordered the Cisco Kid and it was dang good in a pinch. Friendly folks at the counter and super fast production = happy customer

Might be my low expectations of quick casual sandwiches at an airport but the Cisco Sandwich was tasty. The cashier line is a bottle neck but the food comes out very quickly.

How scam artists like you aren’t run out of town, I’ll never know… must be nice to be able to ‘legally’ extort travelers with a $ 10+ sub par ham and cheese bagel. I’m glad I dropped it and left while your apathetic cashier mumbled at me. Sleep well knowing you and the airport hospitality industry represent the bottom of the humanity cesspool

My mom and I got a salad from here on our way out of town. We definitely should not have. It took them quite a while to put the salad together, and the girl making the salad looked confused as to what went in it. Turns out, we were given the wrong dressing and other items on the salad were also not as described, but we were already on a plane, so nothing we could do about it. Plus the salad cost about 10 $ and didn’t even have meat in it. Pass.

Heading out on an early flight, just wanted a quick bite to eat. Ordered a toasted bagel with cashew butter and a fountain drink. Trouble started at the soda fountain, the value that controls the flow of soda was missing and soda sprayed violently everywhere. Fun. After cleaning myself up, I grabbed my food and hoped on my flight. On the plane, I discovered that my bagel was not toasted at all, and they hadn’t even spread the butter on, it was in packets, and it was just regular butter. Why the hell did I pay for toasting/cashew then?! Furthermore, the bagel itself was awful, very bread/roll like, not chewy at all like a bagel should be. Very disappointing.

The customer service is beyond horrible here. They are out of breakfast by 7, ordered bagels and the rude lady making the food says they are out of cream cheese. Manager brought out a tub of cream cheese as she was too lazy to ask, then there were no knives. Apparently we supposed to use our fingers. Food and service is definitely not worth stopping by.

I was at the Phoenix Airport and got there really early, so I decided to grab a bite to eat here. I bought a bagel with cream cheese and was happy with what I ordered. It was a little on the expensive side, but that is to be expected at the airport! If I find myself back at this airport, I would be interested in trying something else!

Excellent bagel breakfast sandwich place. I had a connection and was hungry and bored and impatient like everybody else who is hopping airports, passing time to reach their destination. Sometimes a big menu overwhelms you. Esp at airports when all you are looking for is a decent grab and go. The menu looked perfect to me. I just needed something to eat, something that would help bring my sugar levels up. I tried the fried chicken which. It took a while but what came to me was awesome. Beautiful crispy chicken with great flavor. Served in a whole wheat toasted bread. I liked what I got. Very functional. Excellent taste, neat. I don’t expect anything more at an airport. This place is just that. Will definitely try others when I get there the next time. Till then.

Yip, TERRIBLE customer service by the cashier. I cancelled my order and went next door to Humble Pie.

Horrible service! I was the only one in line on a Monday afternoon and ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. I waited ten minutes. I was the only customer. There were four employees working. The cashier was eating chips when I got up to the register and when I was ready to order and I had to repeat myself twice because she didn’t hear me. I was very patient with this girl and waited for my sandwich. I got my food and went to my gate. The service was just unacceptable. There aren’t very many choices for food when your stuck at a airport but if you have one choice do NOT go to nocawich!

Had the breakfast sandwich and it was a sorry little thing. No choice of bagel, only plain. $ 1.50 extra for bacon gets you ONE tiny slice. Also very limited toppings and sauce overall, so it was very dry. I get the airport food is expensive. That does not mean it can’t taste good and be a decent value. Would not eat here again and would encourage others to choose another option.

Gwyneth sandwich(2 stars): Roasted veggies means mushy zucchini. Barely any goat cheese. If you want a really mushy sandwich, this is it. Oh and my bread was burnt. The turkey sandwich looked better so I’d go with that instead. Took a while to get my order, so prepare to wait. They changed their gloves after they touched money so bonus points for cleanliness! Anyway, don’t get the Gwyneth. While waiting for 20 minutes for my order the orders that came out looking the best were the turkey sandwiches and salads. The fried chicken sandwich looked burnt.
