I wish I could give a negative star review. Pastry case empty, no sense of urgency, 20+ wait. To toothed visit off shots tasted horrible and they all hated life. Starbucks in PHX= horrible experience. Staff your store

Long lines and understaffed. Employees seem a bit robotic and/or lethargic.
Good thing is they get drinks out quickly — received my tea in less than 30 seconds after I finished paying.
Other than that, another airport Starbucks… That apparently is unable to accept Starbuck cards or load/reload them at this time. Weird.

Worst service at a Starbucks I have had in 25 years as a loyal customer! The clerk was rushed and rude! We are already in a hurry and a moment of peace at Starbucks after screening was what we were looking for. The screening was more fun!

Huge lines and very stale coffee. Yeah, it’s an airport, so it can be busy, but they still could make the effort to have fresh coffee. This stuff was clearly at least a few weeks old. I’ve had Illy from people’s refrigerators that tasted fresher.
Service was «meh» at best. The employees clearly didn’t want to be there.

Airport Starbucks sucks! And I’ve been to many airports. They seriously never get your order right. Such a downer ordering from here and having to repeat how to make my drink multiple times; knowing that regardless of my instructions it’s still going to be made half ass. I’ve come to the assumption that Starbucks that reside in airports hire random people to work the counters or maybe they’re just airport staffed. For some travelers this is their first experience with Starbucks. Too bad it’s probably going to blow.

Sorry — it’s hard to give high ratings for a Starbucks when there is a coffee lab so close. I love my Starbucks, but everything was better at the lab.
This place was clean enough, quick enough, but I’m glad I only got a small one in order to have a great glass of iced a bit further in.

Long airport lines cause everyone is trying to stay awake…
Idk, there was something about my drink that was off.
This starbucks experience was def nothing special.
+1 for asking for my name. Most starbucks don’t do that anymore.
