If you’re by the D gates at Sky Harbor, this is your coffee stop. Much better than the Starsucks at the high C gates.

I’ve been wowed with aweful service. Slowest coffee service anywhere, so if that’s what you are looking for this is your place. Employees seem to hate being there.

Sky Harbor Peet’s in Phoenix. Coffee is good, iced tea too strong. The reason for this review is the hours. They should change the opening time to «after 5». If they are not supposed to open at 4:30AM fine, I just wish they would post the correct hours either on the website or a sign at the location.

I like going to Peet’s, but airport locations can be hit or miss in terms of coffee quality. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and it was solid, but didn’t appear to have had as much love put into the crafting the beverage. I was hungry and short on time for my connecting flight, but I just couldn’t commit to any of their over-priced food options. I mean…3.99 for a Chobani yogurt that I can get at a grocery store for 1.19? That is madness! At least the coffee is only a wee bit more than the Peet’s down the road from my home.

Hooray for Peets! There are a ton of Peets Coffee locations in San Francisco and I was glad to see there was a location at the airport. In this area past the TSA check-in this is probably your best option for a cheapish hot breakfast as they had toasted bagels available with cream cheese(~$ 3). All the other options I saw for hot breakfast were more of a full egg with breakfast meat combination for around $ 9. I also had an iced cinnamon hazelnut latte. It was smooth, rich, and flavorful. For lactose free options they have almond and soy milk. Service was friendly and it only took a few minutes for my meal and drink to be made. Overall a food choice for cheap and fast drinks and meals at this part of Terminal 4.

This is my go to place for coffee or tea when I am waiting for my flight. Though the line is usually long the people working there usually move it pretty fast. The coffee is pretty good but the prices are a tad bit high but so is everyting in the airpot.

Stick with the coffee. We ordered a breakfast croissant — stale, greasy and smashed — and bagels and cream cheese — fine but far from fresh. Next time I’ll get to the airport ten minutes early and head down the hall to Matt’s Big Breakfast.

Stood in front of counter waiting for drink after 5 minutes and watching people that ordered after me get their drinks, I asked and was told someone else was taking care of it. Then after waiting some more asked the people that were supposed to be getting my drink, they knew nothing about it. Bad service, no receipt.

The line is quick, the people are friendly and the drinks are tasty. Also for skyharbor employees, they actually give an airport discount, unlike Starbucks.

I understand Peets is famous for its coffee and such, but I stopped simply for a toasted bagel. Took them 10 minutes to toast it because the girl doing the orders was doing them one at a time! Then I find out half of it is burned! Ridiculous. As busy as this place is, they need more organization. Then she calls out my name without turning around with my order and starts doing other things. So I stood there and finally had to yell out my name and order so she would pass it off to someone else to hand to me. Need to work on organization and customer service! Don’t think you will never see your customer again because you are in an airport terminal…

This is the absolute worst coffee shop in any airport ever. They will make you miss your flight when they take 17 minutes to make one americano. There are 3 people working and they are incredibly incompetent. This has to be some sort of work-rehab-recovery program for people who fried their brains on drugs.

The Bautista is from the Bay Area and so she understands my pain when I say, I want Peets in Phoenix. I love the flavor and its alil classier edge then Starbucks

The employees here work very hard but are typically understaffed. Sometimes that shows in the product and service. It’s ok to stop by if you have extra time but if you don’t then you may be waiting awhile.

Ordered an egg and cheese croissant… first one was so hard it would break the tile floor if I dropped it. Second one… let’s just say I could have used it to build a brick wall. The third one I told them not to toast it(the only reason you would ever toast a croissant is to hide the fact that it is stale). That one was not hard but had no flavor… sub par at best. For $ 7.99 you would expect at least par and prepared correctly, at least semi-fresh on the first try. The server was nice and offered to refund the purchase(unsolicited) but after talking to the manager, they said there was nothing they could do. Never again.

The caramel macchiato was hot, fresh and smooth. I used soy milk in any case I got sick on the flight ahead. As for the breakfast sandwich: no thanks. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese on croissant and it was a huge fail. I feel bad for the sandwich really, it tried but fell short of all goals: taste, presentation and price. $ 8.00 for basically a huge, peppered, flat egg with a hard croissant. The sandwich was hot, bur the bacon was crumbled and had a bit of cheese on it. Overall, expensive as expected in an airport but terrible food. Come here if you want to just have a flat, breaded egg.

Best coffee in Terminal. Conveniently located at the beginning of Gate A. Stop by for a hot coffee and grab a seat. Complementary wifi and great selection of sandwiches and salads. It’s like a small escape from the stress of traveling.

I ordered the turkey, egg and cheese bagel breakfast sandwich and it was DISGUSTING. The egg resembled a sponge and there was way too much cheese. I DONOTRECOMMEND ordering this. I had to ask the people there to cut my bagel sandwich in half which is a basic procedure at any sandwich bagel café. The overpowering cheese made me nauseas and didn’t even bother finishing the remaining bagel sandwich. It was just gross.

This place made me and my boyfriend’s super long layover here in Phoenix Sky Harbor airport actually quite enjoyable. The service was quick, there were about 4 people ahead of us but didnt take very long at all to get to the front and a few moments later, our drinks were ready. The place has plenty of seats with a long table in the middle of the café with multiple outlets to charge. About 10 leather lounge seats along the wall. Drinks were delicious, went with the holiday hot peppermint mochas. Also bought the peppermint dark chocolate bark. Yum! To note: now that I have been here a few more times during other layovers, my drinks have been consistently delicious.

Limited selection. For once, I’m wondering where is the Starbucks. I should have walked down to the other gate of the terminal to the closest Starbucks. When I asked the worker about the selection of pastries, she had no idea what the names are. Or the prices. They do have some hot steamy items for sale around $ 9 hot sandwiches but for that price, LGO would be a better choice around the corner with a wider selection of tasty food. Just a generic coffee place. Walk 500 feet down the terminal to Starbucks for coffee. Walk 20 feet to LGO for food. I think LGO might have coffee too. Actually, just don’t go to this place. Oh yeah, pastry wasn’t that good and coffee was meh.
