It’s always something here! Most of the time you can count on bad service and the wrong food. When you point on the wrong food, don’t expect an apology or quick turnaround. In fact, what’s more likely is the manager will come argue with you. Save your time, money and energy and try a more authentic place right down the road!

Have been here many times in past 2 months. Saturdays mostly. The service(Melissa) in bar area is as good as it gets!!! Bar none… Had my drink to me quickly without ever ordering. Super memory. Never uses writing pad. As far as food, never been dis-satisfied. Carne Asada is my favorite. Nachos close second. Fish dishes are great as well. Wish I could stay in area longer before job ends. Top notch service and food!!! Rick Atwood

Just your typical Americanized Mexican food. For those that don’t know, it’s a sister restaurant to the chain Azteca. Their to go boxes actually say Azteca haha. I stopped here on my way to Seattle for lunch. There was no hostess so I sat in the bar area. It was pretty packed. I sat myself down in the corner and waited… and waited. Poor waitress was working by herself. I waved but it would be another 5 minutes before she came over. She apologized multiple times since one of their servers didn’t show up. Apparently they were trying to get both the hostess and bar back to help out… it was still slow… painfully slow. Luckily I had some work to do anyways. Needless to say I was there for an hour and a half. Took over 30 minutes to get lunch. About 15 to get my drink. Was really too bad, certainly couldn’t be in a rush here. My waitress explained in trying to get assistance no one actually knew how to do anything like running credit cards, etc. Seems like there needs to be some further training done in case of «emergencies» like this. My macho burrito was pretty good overall. So were the chips and salsa. Not bad. Not great. Not sure I would return any time soon.

Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had in my 43 years of life. Service was horrible. I ordered the chicken fajitas. The chicken was so chewy and tough I could not eat ANY of it. Absolutely awful. My husband ordered the shrimp tacos and ate 1 of 3 of them. No flavor. We will never eat here again. The waiter did not even ask us why my fajitas had not been touched. The restaurant was not busy-no excuse for the poor service or quality of food.

My boyfriend and I decided to stop in, have a drink and an appetizer sunday around 4pm. It seemed busy but there was plenty of open tables we sat ourselves in the bar. I had to ask the buser to wipe our table which was clearly dirty after he put down chips and menus. Our server was nice, she brought my boyfriends beer and told me it would be a minute for my pomegranate drink. Well after 30min they brought out our appetizers and still no drink. It was sitting at the bar and no one decided to bring it to me? As a bartender myself i would have ran it to the table if the server was to busy. Teamwork anyone? I watched two other tables get thier drinks within minutes and they got there way after me… My boyfriend was more upset then i was, we got up went to the front and paid for his beer. I probably wont be back…

It was good, but not the best. We got fish tacos, shrimp tacos and chicken enchiladas… The tacos come with white rice, which was weird… Food was not as flavorful as I would expect from an established Mexican restaurant.

I am a die hard regular here. It’s not the most authentic mexican food, but it is very tasty and I always leave satisfied. One evening my girlfriend and I came in for dinner and got the same waitor as before. My girlfriend ended up getting the same thing as last time and the waitor asked if I would like the same thing I had last time as well, which I did! I was very impressed considering the last time we were there was about a month prior to that. Overall, great service, great food amd a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this to anyone passing through Centralia as it is right off the freeway.

Not the authentic restaurant we had thought. All the signs stated anything but AZTECA. Such as «CASARAMOS». This place is nothing but a disguised AZTECA. We didn’t realize until we came inside and the waiters had shirts that said«AZTECA» on them, even though their name tags said«CASA Ramos». Confused, we asked our waitress and she said this particular location changed their name to not be confused with another nearby AZTECA location. Two stars because the service was mediocre. The food was your typical Americanized Mexican food. Lettuce on my macho burrito was no different than the lettuce served on your average mcchicken. Overall we felt completely mislead and disappointed with the false advertisement.

We came here for lunch and was actually pleasantly surprised! The inside is very big and plenty of seating. The food was good! We had traditional chili rellano, carne asada burrito and my son had the bean and cheese burrito. My husband said this was the first time in a long time where he had a burrito that was actually worth eating. My chili rellano was very good and cheesy and bonus, my son ate all of his burrito! We will definitely be returning!

Food was absolutely delicious. Service in the bar however, left a lot to be desired. Had to ask a bus boy for the waters we ordered that the waitress didn’t bring while she was leaning on the bar bs’ing with the bartender. Sad really. Although it seems that is the trend for all Centralia restaurants. Not sure what’s up with Lewis County but it appears that they just don’t get it. Sheltered I guess. Will probly go back but only if I’m really craving Mexican. Won’t expect much from the staff though.

I really like this place. The food is great and portions are huge. Their margaritas are incredible– and strong. I’m a big guy and can handle a lot of liquor but one margarita here and I’m good for the night. There is great staff working in the bar where I usually eat. I have been in the dining room too but the service isn’t always so good. They recently did a huge remodel and the place looks absolutely incredible.

Great décor, great chips and salsa to start the meal. Place was jammed packed, Friday night crowed. Wife had the chicken taco salad in a shell, son had some kind of steak meal and i had the chicken fajitas, not bad but certainly nit great either. Had a chance to knock it out of the ballpark but settle for a double instead. Place was very loud must have been 3 birthdays in the hour we were there. Best of the Best is still Plaza Jajisio in Napavine.

This place is a little deceiving. We went there expecting a good family mexican restaurant. Nope! It’s a cleverly disguised Azteca.

This place was delicious. Service was kind and friendly. Slight mistake on our order but they quickly apologized and more than made up for it. We had a party of 8 and probably were a bit confusing to take our order.

The food is consistently what you expect for Americanized Mexican food. Daily specials and a lounge. Recently renovated, with fresh paint and art inside. Nice, clean bathrooms as well, with nice-smelling hand soap. The service is good, parking is easy and plentiful.

I’m not into 5-star ratings for the most part, because so many things have to come together to create a restaurant experience worthy. In spite of being part of a restaurant chain(Azteca), Casa Ramos has so consistently provided a top-notch dinner that I give those stars without reservation. The restaurant itself is clean, nicely decorated, has a bar(queso+Seahawks football!), and has been recently revamped inside and out. The dining room is spacious, and pretty well laid out. They are definitely willing and able to accommodate groups and parties. We’ve been here when they had a mariachi wandering around, too. Great atmosphere. The staff is top-to-bottom first rate. Servers are really courteous and knowledgeable regarding the menus, both food and drink. The most consistently excellent service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I can’t say enough good things about this crew! On to the food. The menu is easy to read, well laid-out and offers a wide variety of Mexican-style food, as well as a smattering of American fare. Everything we’ve tried has been great. The food is so great every time that we aren’t afraid to try new things. Among the finest food of it’s kind I’ve ever eaten. Try Casa Ramos, even if other Aztecas have failed to impress, you won’t be disappointed.

Americanized-Mexican style food. Casa Ramos is a branch off the Azteca restaurant chain. Multiple members of my family really love this place and that’s why I go. If you are looking for Mexican food similar to the southwestern U.S. this is not your place. During peak hours this restaurant is hoppin’. So temper your expectations about instant service by ordering a beer or margarita as soon as you are seated and just relax. Plus you’ll be provided a constant flow of chips y salsa while eyeballing the menu. After you place your order it won’t take long to receive your food. This place is loud, crowded but not cramped, and generally happy. I believe the margaritas are large and strong for two reasons. To promote the festive Cinco de Mayo atmosphere and to loosen the billfold. I dare you to drink three. The menu is large and offers a wide variety of veggie, pork, beef and chicken entrees. I go with the carne asada y mojo. Carne Asada is thin, broiled steak topped with a steamed and charred green onion and jalapeño. Mojo is butter sautéed shrimp with garlic and red chili flakes. The platter is filled out with mexi-rice, reefers covered in cheese and a small stack of fresh pico de gallo.

Wow. What a great way to end a vacation day. The food was great. The portions were HUGE, and I am full! If you are in Centralia and want Mexican, then you won’t find better than Casa Ramos.
