Power Up Nutrition Ceres

I was overjoyed to see a «healthy» option for lunch right by my work. There are so many flavors to choose from and the owner is such a kind man! I really liked chatting with him. However, the shakes and tea sold here come from Herbalife. Yeah they taste delicious, but two days later I’m still incredibly nauseous, cramping, and very ill with serious indigestion. It hit me hard right after consuming these beverages. If you do your research online, you’ll see that Herbalife products are filled with ingredients made in a lab. Artificial sweeteners and chemicals. Yuck. Do your research before you become ill from this place. :(

I ordered a mint flavored shake that was so good! The gentlemen working was super helpful & nice. I will be coming back for more shakes. Happy to see some nutritional places in Ceres.

Highly recommend this place. I found this place on accident before Christmas due to a flyer I picked up at the community center for my son to visit Santa. Not only was I pleasant surprises by a super personal one on one visit my son was able to have with Santa inside their shop and able to take pictures and visit, but met Junior and shared a healthy nutrition shake with my son instead of going out for a big fat sugar loaded milkshake. Was able to spend time talking with Junior and since I was concerned how these nutrition shakes added up within my weight watchers smart points value, he took the time to calculate our shake with me! Turns out the snickers shake (on the higher end apparently because it has pecans added) is 6sp for the entire shake, he split it in half for me to share with my son, which was still more than generous portions for only 3sp! Very great place to get something healthy local or even after a workout!!! A hidden gem in the Richland (now the dollar general store) shopping center right next to ace hardware. Check them out!

The smoothies are delicious, the teas are refreshing and aloe mango shots are soo good. Junior was knowledgable and friendly. Great customer service. inviting ambience, free wifi, friendly chill atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area looking to satisfy a craving and eat healthy at the same time. Delicious !
They also have a 7 $ special which is what I tried. Which includes a smoothie. An aloe shot and a tea. Quite filling and healthy.
They have vegan options also !

I am at the nutrition shop daily, it’s great to see the community come together to support this local business. Amazing shakes and customer service! I highly recommend to anyone who is trying to get fit or stay fit! The greatest wealth is our health!!!

Just visited Power Up today and man, was I impressed! The people are great and very knowledgeable. Not only that but they make health and nutrition absolutely, mouth wateringly DELICIOUS! I can’t wait to bring my daughters in to try all the amazing flavors. This place is a winner for sure!

I just discovered this place it’s AMAZING! Who needs Starbucks when I can get a healthy blended protein shake, that’s actually delicious and good for me. They have a great variety of flavored shakes. Im hooked!!!
Good place to pick up a quick breakfast shake before work. You should give it a try. oh and the guy that works there is really HOT just saying…

These are delicious and super healthy. I will definitely come back and try the rest of the menu
