Awesome service and the staff is really pleasant to deal with. They have a wide selection of frames to choose from, and they don’t rush you which is awesome! Clean workspace and they’re expected delivery date of frames are generally on point. When you walk in one said is for seeing the doctor while the other side of the building is where you pick your frames. The doctor here is cool to talk and is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. Highly recommend this optometrist!

I have been going here for years and love them. I would even drive out of town just to get my exams because I trust and have a lot of respect for Dr. Wing. Very friendly staff. I love going here because I feel like family. My glass have always come in on time. They are happy to do adjustments. The newly remolded office looks great they are able to have a bigger selection of frames. They are also very happy to write you a prescription for lenses if you find some else where you would like to get.

Ok here is the story…
I came to this office bc its close to my house. anyway when i got there the staff was pretty nie, they did my exam and i ordered glasses. First the girl told me it would be 1 week to get them. After 2 weeks i hadnt heard from them so i called them the person that answered said that they had told me 3 – 4 weeks (unless i wanted to use the frame on display) of course not!
anyway she said to allow 2 more weeks. After 2 weeks I called again to check status, she then told me the frames I had chosen were discontinued and i had to go in to choose different ones. I went back chose some different ones… I got those in about 1.5 weeks.
I feel they should of contacted me way before all this time and they should of informed me of the situation. Besides they dotn have alot of name brand glasses and it was a waste of time.
So yeah thats that… I preffer going to Costco optometry!!!
