If I could give this footlocker a 0 I would. Exchanged an item from them and told me item was not in stock so they would send it back to their factory or something and its been past 10 days now, the associate said I would receive notifications through text and still no notification. as I checked the tracking number it said it was already delivered and received by footlocker. I tried calling the store where I exchanged it, 5 times I called, nobody is answering. Just bad. Tried calling customer service, been waiting for 15 minutes on the line. I would not go here again or recommend this store to anyone.

Mostly a review on women’s shoes: Service was wonderful. — Workers checked on us often, didn’t have a problem getting bunches of shoes. — They answer questions about types of shoes, color differences, & men’s vs. women’s vs youth sizing. — Jordans don’t come in women sizes, so if you want a smaller pair, buy youths. They’re cheaper as well. ** Not all colors & styles are available at all times. — I’m a size 7.5, which is around 6.5 in youth, & men’s sizes don’t run that small. — Got a pair of Jordan Flight 3 — Nike Freerun 5.0– comes in different colors, but not all colors are available in the same sizes. So, if you’re looking for a women’s size 7.5 in grey: — It may be available in men’s sizes(too large) & youth, but not in women’s. — You can get youth size 6.5 — Other colors are available in kids but not women’s & vice versa.

I normally dont right reviews, but the customer service here sucked. They were really rude and though they give 20% off militart discount i will not be returning to the store due to the rudeness 2 of the emplpyees gave me.

I have ridiculously tiny feet so although I’m an adult, I have to go shopping in the kids section.(One look at me and they said«preschool».) Its hard to find a good looking AND a good sized shoe, especially when there’s no girl’s section and my family didn’t want boy shoes on me. I finally found one and I asked for a 3.5. Everyone told me they had no 3.5, except one guy, who I guess overheard and offered to go look. He looks and bam! There’s a 3.5. He’s a super nice employee but that’s about it… Everyone else is kind of lackluster. Stars just for that guy for being so helpful and clean, organized store.(Not going to specify names, but seriously, thanks to that guy.)

A smaller selection of shoes and clothing than its predecessors like Finish Line or Champs, but if your in the military, Foot Locker does honor military discounts(20% off purchase w/ID).

This place sucks! They advertise that they have the sneakers I want and then say that is the other store! Don’t waste your time here it is just a matter if time before they go out of business since there is nobody in the store anyway !!

Awesome customer service and social skills! As far as I experienced, not a bad employee in the bunch. Cashier girl even bumped us up in line because #1 had an order issue that could wait. Great Adidas and ordering knowledge, extras sales pitch, and working the conversation with previously purchased items.
