This Starbucks Coffee is has been my favorite place to come by and hang out with my friends and family, even though it’s under staffed it’s still alright. It has been remodeled and that has liv’n up the place. The service is a little slow and the staff has a maximum of 4 every time I come here. But I think the staff would have more members if they had a bigger working space for new machines and sinks and storage space. The staff is nice to every one, it is a nice and clean establishment, I have never found a hair or any foreign object within my snacks and drinks. Oh let me mention the over-priced snacks the sandwiches, candies, and Bagels are a little pricey. I see the same kind of food at other establishments for a much more reasonable price. Any way this coffee place is pretty good for hangout spots and lunch dates, but I warn you it is always packed and bring some food of want to hang there. Thx for reading

So slow. One tatted up guy with plugs moving at a glacial pace seriously never seen anyone move this slow at making drinks. Been waiting over 20mins for a iced green tea. This location is whack.

This is sadly the worst Starbucks I w ever been to. I’ve been to many because I am a huge Starbucks drinker. And I’ve been to a few that made mistakes, but this one needs a lot of work on customer service. Now a few workers were cool. However there seems to be low energy from some of the employees. They look like they hate there job. One in particular is this guy with blonde hair and tattoos. He takes my order and size and I was able to say light ice. The. He proceeds to get my payments but didn’t ask if I wanted sweetener and milk. Granted I could have just told him the whole order, but I’m trying to wake up myself. And I’ve gotten use to great baristas that actually ask me if I want and sweetener. He looked annoyed when I mentioned I also wanted these things. I’ll ask questions and they some seem annoyed that I ask. Customer service needs a lot of work here!!! That’s what Starbucks is known for and they need to step up there game.

I come here because it is convenient for shopping. It’s a decent size Starbucks and all. The people who work here are pretty nice. My only complaints are the parking can be a headache sometimes even though the parking lot is huge. Inside there are very few outlets from which to plug in phones, laptops, tablets, etc. I wish they had more because I sometimes come with the intention of working on something but have to leave because there is no where to charge my laptop– probably the biggest downside to this location. Overall, I’m pretty content with this Starbuck’s. Thankful that the employees here know what they are doing… They are pretty efficient considering the length of the line sometimes… don’t let the big line scare you…

My favorite Starbucks location! I usually get to see my favorite barista Serina, who has been super helpful and funny ever since my first visit. All the employees are really nice and always give good recommendations when you want to try new things.

If I come at a good time I’m always in and out very quickly! The baristas are really nice as well. My only complaint would be that it’s a little too cramped!

This Starbucks is probably the worst one I’ve ever been to. The baristas are always, always rude. Tonight there was a family ahead of me and the guy didn’t have his Starbucks app pulled up fast enough for Serina when he finished ordering so she called me up for my order THATSHEGOTWRONG then just tossed me my change. I never heard a hi or thank you either. She was in such a hurry and for what cuz I paid $ 5 for a nasty drink that I didn’t even take 2 sips out of. If you hate your job you should probably quit.

Service is waaaayyyy slower than it should be. Only 1 cashier and 1 barista running the entire joint with a long line waiting. They need to up their staffing and tidy the place up… not the biz when you walk into a dirty looking shop.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I was just there with my boyfriend and my father and the barista who made our drinks was extremely rude. He called out a drink and I didn’t hear what kind of drink so I asked him, «What drink is this?» He said to me rudely, «Well I don’t know. I’ll let you know once I’m done making this drink». Aren’t you supposed to write the type of drink on the cup? Who responds that way to a customer? When my drink was called there was a hair on the lid of my cup. My father and boyfriend heard me mouthing off under my breath and told me to calm down. I drank my soy chai anyway. We eventually left but I was so bothered by the unpleasant encounter that I vow to NEVER go there ever again. Everyone please go to the Starbucks on Pioneer and Artesia. They are extremely nice and prompt.

1) Typical Starbucks 2) A Little tight when inside because of how they place their merchandise 3) Open Late and great for college students

This place sucks. Baristas don’t even want to be there. They guy who hands you the drink doesn’t even look at you or even a simple thank you. Also when u order a drink using the app, expect to wait for your order 15 to 20 min. Do not go to this place.

Okay… so I’m a seasoned Starbuck’s gold card holder… I consider Starbuck’s to be my home away from home… that being said, I will never enter this particular Starbucks location again… I couldn’t tell if I walked into a high school commons area, or some college student union… almost everyone was either drinking a free cup of water, or sipping on what was left from a drink ordered a few hours earlier; some even ordered food from some of the next door eateries to dine in this establishment… there were school books strewn across the tables, but no one was studying. As for those that were serious about being a patron(like myself), one could hardly find an available seat, they simply had to take their drink somewhere else… And this was just before 4pm… I can only imagine what it’s like in the eve…

Starbucks is my number one place to go to for Coffee. I had the same experience here just as any other Starbucks Coffee shops. This place made my Ice Coffee with Half n Half milk plus Sweetener quick as any other place. The price is still the same, pretty pricey, but what can you expect from a huge franchise. I am a Gold Member and I fill up with my Gold possible four times during a month since I’m a fanatic drinking all the coffee I can for work. I came here to buy some coffee for my mom and myself. One of my favorite drinks is the Green Tea Frap with whip.

This is a great location with nice workers The inside looks almost the same after they did the remodel… Not that big of a difference. But I do like coffee with sugar and whipped cream, so kudos.

Crowded with hs kids. Small store but there’s plugs around walls of store. Friendly staff. Located in plaza with walmart, ross etc in case need to run errands here. Plenty of parking and small shops or restaurants to eat at. A couple of outdoor seating. Probably one of few wifi junkies spots in Cerritos area. Theres also Its a Grind coffee shop.
