They did a wonderful job on replacing three small diamonds on my promise ring that has a pave setting. They only charged me $ 50 to replace the diamonds and it took only 30 minutes. They also buffed the inside of the band for free to smooth it out because it was cutting my finger a bit. I was very pleased with their work, how reasonable their prices were and I noticed all of the beautiful pieces they had available for sale. My father also got the battery on his watch replaced and stated they did a great job at a good price. I would definitely recommend T Palm for jewelry repairs and watch battery replacements.

I came here today to fix my gold rope chain and replace my watch battery. The owner and staff were real friendly helping me out right away. They fixed my link in my gold chain, replaced my battery, and I was out in about thirty minutes. I recommend this place for fast and friendly service. They do on the spot repairs. I don’t know if the more detailed repairs will take longer.

My parents have been shopping here for almost 20 years now. The shop owners were so nice that my parents kept coming back and eventually became very good friends with them. My dad had a special ring made for my mom. It was beautiful and the quality was excellent. It had a unique design.
After just a few years my dad passed away. It was really hard for our family. Because of that my mom eventually stopped wearing that ring.
Fast forward to me know 15 years later. I was ready to shop around for an engagement ring. I told my mom and she brought me over to show me something. She pulled out the ring and gave it to me for me to pass on. It meant a lot to the both of us to use it so I accepted it.
I proposed a few months later and she said yes! She was impressed about the design, and I mean really… ;)
I told her the story and it meant the world to really be included into our family by wearing this ring. But it was so unique that a normal wedding band could not be used. We were stumped about what to do. My mom told me to go with her to a jewelry store that she knew. I had forgotten about this store after some time so I was surprised when we got there. My mom still had been visiting the store periodically so they welcomed us as soon as we came in. The owner could not believe that I, the little son of his friend, was now grown up. When we mentioned our situation about the ring he paused for second. He had not seen the ring in ages and he instantly recalled making the specific ring because of the design. He made a custom wedding band that would align and fit along the engagement ring.
I tell you this story because this is a great store. They are a family owned and family oriented store. T Palm is a store that has superior workmanship. They are great. I would give them more stars if I could. I will be shopping here for all my jewelry needs.

My parents actually introduced me to this place because they have purchased many items from here in the past. The owners are very nice and are reasonable with prices. I came here to buy my god-​daughter her first pair of earrings and I also got my ID bracelet engraved. Paul made sure I was happy with my all purchases, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this place for gifts (mother’s day, father’s day, birthday, etc.) because depending on your budget you can find a special gift for your loved one!
