I should of looked up this place before deciding to get my phone fixed at this location. I have an iPhone 6 plus and my screen cracked. I really needed my phone to get fixed and because of that, my common sense of reviewing reviews and doing research flew past my mind. I came across this while at the the mall. I asked for a quote and they gave me a quote of $ 140. I decided to come back since I didn’t have the money on me. I asked for a flyer and they gave one to me. When I left, I noticed that their flyer had an offer for 15% off. All I had to do was redeem it. A few days later, I came back and a different guy was working. I showed him my phone and asks shim how much it would be(just to make sure the first guy wasn’t ripping me off). The guy tells me $ 140. I gave him the flyer and pointed out the 15% off offer but he said the $ 140 was with the discount already. Already a little irritated(drove from Carson to Cerritos), I just decided to get it fixed anyways. *Red Flag #1 I waited 20 minutes and got the my phone back. It seemed perfect physically, but there was something off about the colors when using the phone. I ignored it since it wasn’t a huge deal to me. It wasn’t that bad. *Red Flag #2 Days later, I notice the screen began to get loose. The whole screen is detached except for the internal part thats holding on to it. I am pissed. See pictures. All in all, DONOTGOTOTHISPLACE. Not worth the hassle and money. Its really a waste of time.

DONOTGETYOURPHONEFIXEDHERE. The first time my friend and I went here, they charged him a total of $ 98 to replace my cracked iPhone 5S screen. My friend was paying for it because he was responsible for the damage. I thought it was way too expensive but he was down to pay, so we left it with them for about 30 mins and walked around the mall while we waited. When we came back, I saw my screen and noticed a light shining through. I asked why it was doing that and the 2 people working there told me that it was caused by pressure and that if it doesn’t go away in a few days to come back. They didn’t even try looking at what the problem really was. They just kept turning it on and off like it was going to fix the problem itself. The light was still there after a few days, and I realized it was because there was a teeny tiny crack under the screen which was causing the light to leak through; therefore, we decided to go back and get it fixed again. When we got there, they told us that they were out of 5s screens and to come back another time, which sucked because I live in Torrance and Cerritos is about a half hour drive and this was already our second time there. * I’m breaking these paragraphs up so it’s easier to read. My friend asked if he could get a refund and they said that they would have to ask their boss, so the girl working there called him and then gave the phone to my friend. The owner of the kiosk told my friend that if he wanted the full refund I would have to GIVEMYSCREENBACK and they would PUTANOLDCRACKEDSCREENBACKON. This is horrible absolutely horrible customer service. My screen was defective to begin with and now they’re asking for it back and telling me that they’re going to give me someone else’s cracked screen if I want a refund? Absolutely ridiculous. My friend then asked if we could go to another place to get my phone fixed and bring their screen back once it’s done. The girl said, «I don’t know if I can trust you. How do I know you’re going to bring our screen back??» So I offered to stay and my friend went to another kiosk but ended up coming back because they were out of 5s screens too. Anyways, they ended up putting a worse cracked screen back on my phone and that’s how we got our $ 98 refund. BTW the touch screen didn’t work at all once it was put back on. On the plus side, we found a kiosk called icell around the corner that fixed my screen for $ 85.
