I loved this store! And they shut down? :(
I was walking by and wanted to stop in, I was so crushed that that they were closed. Looks like they either shut down or is under reconstruction??? (hoping that’s the case).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had great sales going on and I found exactly what I was looking for!

Great place to see what the new styles are and are made of great quality. Its very similar to forever 21 but gives a little more mature look for a young man looking for style. A little cramped but more than enough walking room in order for one to do their shopping. They have Sales all the time so theres always a part of the store in where you can shop and perhaps find a great deal for yourself man and woman alike. Another great thing about Foreign Exchange is the service, depending on who the associate may be and whether they see you or not; will ask if you find everything okay today. Other than that, the store is well cleaned, things are organized to a fair amount due to a busy day, and last but not least great prices for a great quality item. Fantastic place to shop and if you’re looking for a good store to shop at, I recommend Foreign Exchange for its good customer service and the products being sold.

Rude service once u actually get someone to help you. Store has two entrances but seems like no one cares since there’s no one greeting you. The cashier and manager were more interest in gossiping than in helping me find what I was looking for. Horrible service will never come back!

I love this store, I go crazy. My sister literally needs to pull me out before I end up coming home and regretting spending money that should’ve stayed in my savings. Service is okay the girls are to into themselves instead of asking if we are finding everything okay etc. Also the guys aren’t much help, forever 21 has better customer service! Not good.

Probably not, cause I made it up.
What is it?
You take bargain prices, a s#!t-ton of females, confine them in a tiny retail atmosphere; what ensues is what I call an ‘estrogen-​bomb’
Just women going rampant, furiously digging through racks of clothes and making line for the waiting room.
Do I hate it? Yes. It forces me to stand around doing nothing but waiting until my gf is done with her shopping.
But alas, a save move. There is a guy section!
OF course their clothes isn’t what I would consider anything I would wear/​buy, but I got here right after X-​Mas and ran into some amazing deals.
I walked away with 2 $ 100 jackets that were marked down to $ 30.
Is that a deal?
You can bet your ass it was.
This estrogen-​bomb I rave about sometimes has its counter-​part. The ‘Testosterone-​bomb’. But a testosterone-​bomb finishes a lot quicker… uhhh… no pun intended…

Clothes are a little more expensive than forever21 but the quality is much better. There always seems to be some sale going on (especially for men) so no arguments there. Small store with a lot of clothing. Definitely a «must visit» store for me when at the Cerritos mall

Love the employees here! Love how nice the managers are! This is the only location I shop at.

This location is my favorite location. The other location that i have been to is the one in Glendale. The people here are super nice and very helpful. They are all willing to help you look for things when asked. There was a pair of shoes that i wanted but they didnt have my size in stock and even offered to check other locations to see if they have it. which was really nice. I really like their clothes; trendy, classy, and classic… I also like this store because they sell guys stuff too. So when im shopping on one side my hubby can shop on the other. =)

I dig these clothes-they’re a bit flashy and glittery, with some modernized looks for both girls and guys (just the way I like it!). The prices seem a bit high but they’ve been having 50% off the whole store for awhile now, so with that, I’d say the average dress is around $ 25 – 30. Not bad at all!

My favorite FE store hands down! This particular FE location is huge with a wide variety of clothes and accessories to choose from. I always recommend my friends to come to this location if I get them gift cards because I know for a fact they will find some cute clothes in here. This location in the cerritos mall is fairly new so it’s pretty nice and modern in here. Much better quality of clothes than forever 21 LOL. I highly recommend this location.

This place does have nice clothes and such, but some stuff are overpriced. For example, I saw a BUNCH of tribal/​fringe-​type tops, and you can find cheaper ones at Forever 21 or Love Culture. You can even DIY.
And for me, I don’t try to buy expensive tops because it’s so temporary. Styles/​trends change so quick so I don’t slurge on tops.
They do have nice bags and dresses.
Customer service is so-​so. Ringing up the clothes take forever though. While I was waiting in line, the cashiers seemed really slow and even though there was a line of customers waiting, it seemed like they didn’t really give a shit and just took forever. And what annoyed me even more is that they didn’t take of my security tag from my piece of clothing. Like really?
Honest to say, the clothing is cute, trendy, and nice quality.
But if I can find a similar print or style somewhere else, then I wouldn’t buy it here. And I’ve seen better customer service at other Foreign Exchanges.

Like Sarah mentioned below, when Nordstrons & or Forever 21 do not have what you’re looking for, FOREIGN EXCHANGE has a nice variety for men & women :) I started shopping here since they first opened & were located in a much smaller store, but with the new extension, they have expanded in size. Definitely a plus! I shop here at every opportunity I get. Prices are decent, clothes are super cute, great sales and friendly staff! Prices aren’t as expensive as nordstroms and just about the same as forever21 if not cheaper when you get the buy one get ones! Great deals! I recently purchased 2 pairs of shorts, body suit, silk dress, a dress shirt and 2 jackets for my boyfriend. Can’t be any more satisfied! And as friendly as their staff are I still remember one the most. Her name is EVIE (I hope i spelled it correctly) she was working there since FE was at their old location and now I believe shes a manager. She remembers my name and greets me all the time :) can’t ask for more from this store. Love it!!!

When Nordstroms and Forever 21 wont do, I have this awesome place to shop. The store is not that big, but they are always able to make it look neat and organized. Customer Service is outstanding and they never make you feel like your bothering any of them. The store always has cute clothes for both guys and gals.
This is my third time shopping here. Needed to find a dress for a get together next weekend. Sadly today wasnt the day to find a dress, but instead i left with a cute leather jacket, and a couple of rockin tops. Prices are a little high but i dont mind if the clothes are well made!
