Guess?

A lot of bad reviews for this store. but I come here a lot and not ones have I been neglected… the greeting is always nice as you walk in. They are always with a coolaid smile.
Very super friendly, and always very helpful, polite, and the ladies most of the time are very alluring, sexy, hot and very sweet. Most of my wardrobe are Guess brand so you can say this is my Store when it comes to needing an alfit, shoes, jackets, wallets etc… No complaints here, they’re always bringing new merchandise keeping it alive and stylish.

I went in there to buy some shirts and wasn’t pressured at all. I went in with dirty gym clothes so obviously I thought they weren’t going to help me but they did. All of the staff was more than helpful and even gave me tips on how to mix and match my wardrobe since I mostly wear gym clothes. I have them five stars for the customer service, helpfulness and attentiveness that they give you.

Horrible customer service! From all the employees they should re consider training again, I never been to a place so unorganized! No one offer to help ! Employees seem lost! The rude lady that I ask for a shoe size took more 10 minutes to bring it to me. They probably thought I didn’t have money looks may be deceiving! You are no better than any one! I am also taking this complaint to headquarters ! Never going back I rather travel a little more and go to brea where employees are more professionals

If I could write zero stars I would the manager here is rude and had that «means girls» personality. Your the manager start acting like it this isn’t high school. Anyways this place will sell you used items then when you try to return it say they didn’t sell it to you like that. Horrible

I have come to hypothesize that this store is trying out a new fangled approach to customer service. You’re not supposed to know if that person quietly standing a little too close is an employee waiting to help, or some person who you have no business with just creepily gravitating around you and trying to join your group.
I think what made this so strange was that none of the sales people talked to us first. They were just kind of looking. I didn’t know who worked there and who didn’t, so it felt like too many people were staring for no reason. Plus, I usually know someone works at a place because they’re not carrying any personal items. They had some animal print bag, not even in theme with the entire rest of the darkblue/​black of the store, totally threw me off. Are they intentionally trying to blend in as customers?
One person just looked at me until I thought he needed to get by and finally my sister had to explicitly ask if he worked there because he was just silently gazing for so long.
I felt like you wanted me to guess who was working and who was just interested in me as a person?
It reminded me of a messed up, real life version of native advertising.

I walked in with my aunt Helen and immediately an associate came over and ask if we needed any help. Se gave us her opinion and we took them and went on to try the dress, my auntie loved it and when we walk back out, she came over and checked up on us and we were looking at jewelry and she gave us some honest suggestions and she than took us to the registers and got us ringed up right away. She was very sweet, had great customer service, nice smile and just very friendly. Her name is Trish =)

Music is way too loud and literally there are 3 employees per customer and I still couldn’t get any help! Lol

I love the clothes. I love the shoes. I love the sunglasses. What i DONT love is the customer service. Every time I come here for something, there is no greetings and no assistance. Then I go to check out and the cashiers always ask «Did anyone help you get what you needed?» and my answer is always «no». Another kinda crappy and annoying thing about the cashiers-​they are always talking to another employee while they are helping you. Like seriously, you can’t put your personal conversation on hold for 2 minutes until I pay for my stuff and leave? Definitely need to work on your customer service guys

Cute stuff. I came here to buy a bunch of black pants I love so dearly. Whenever I find something that I like, it fits, and it looks half decent on me (especially pants) I tend to stock up.
Friendly staff. Well organized. Not cluttered.
Open and nice dressing rooms in the back.

Nice people, make spending over 200 bucks on a pair of jeans well worth it. Oh, and the paris hilton ads doesn’t hurt either.
