7÷25÷15… Worst customer service I have every received at any of the Hills Seafood I frequent. The manager in duty that afternoon was rude ignorant and did not even seem to care what I was asking him. My wife had ordered a bushel of crabs for a special party. When I went to pick them up they gave me 3 brown paper bags of crabs. Issue number 1 … How to tell a bushel of crabs in paper bags… Number 2 they were cooked… The managers reply was this is the way we always do it. My wife would have never bought then had she known they were cooked. I called my wife they never told her that… When I questioned him his reply was if I had to tell all my customers that I wouldn’t have time… Wait… Aren’t you in business to serve your customers? His final reply was «well what do you want to do buddy», with an attitude like I was bothering him. I needed the crabs for a party so I took them but I will never ever shop in there stores again.
