I absolutely love John Robert’s in Chagrin Falls! Janeen does a wonderful job with hair. I have been seeing her for years, she takes her time and gives in put on whether a style will work or not. The atmosphere was cheery and uplifting.

I have been going to John Roberts for 13 years now. I started off going to the mayfield location while in High school. I switched to the Chagrin Falls location in 2006. Angela and Gina both style my hair and my four year old son’s hair also. I love quaint and charming look of the salon and the friendly staff. The store manager Dana, is extremely sweet and very accommodating. She always makes me feel welcome and comfortable.
