Drop off hours are nearly impossible for working professionals. I explained I had to catch a flight in the morning and needed to drop off at 7:45am (standard hours are 8am to 11am). They would not accommodate this one time request, and I have been taking my dog Riley here for a few years as well as recommended to friends — I canceled the reservation all together and will not ever go back. They should realize that the dogs who need daycare /​boarding most are the ones with parents who work long hours.

If your dog is OK with being crated for most of the day, then this is the place for you. Beau prefers open-​play daycares and I had to drag him through the doors every morning when I took him. Big red flag so I had to stop taking him. Otherwise, the staff is great and it is a very clean facility.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. First class all the way.
First of all, the location. As you drive up to it, it just looks like a perfect resort for your dog.
Secondly, the people. When I first heard about Sue, the owner, and the tight ship she runs there, I was a little intimidated. I had a crazy chocolate lab who had gotten bit at other places and thought, well, he may not make it there. But we tried it anyway. Guinness LOVED going there for daycare. He would get all excited every single time we went. Guinness was a tough character – every place I brought him to – would always say, Geez, he’s a handful, in the nicest way possible. Sue and her staff truly loved him and he loved them. He was able to be his fun, energetic self there and they treated him like the special kid he was. When he died suddenly last Xmas, I called Them
To tell them he wouldn’t be coming back to daycare. Sue, the owner, cried with me on the phone. The whole staff sent me a beautiful card with a wonderful picture of Guinness in it. Who does that? Even today, my foster dog is there for a 10 day stay and I cannot say enough about how compassionate and on top of things they are.
Do yourself a favor– make Pabbys the only place you go for boarding or daycare. You won’t regret it. They are the best place in the area, hands down. They treat your kids like their own. There is no place better– believe me, I’ve tried them all.
