I wish I could give this place no stars but I am required to at least give one. After waiting an hour for my turn WITH an appointment my nail tech left without notice for 30 mins. I was just sitting there. Also they charged me more than they said they would. When I tried to tell them I thought it was a mistake I was yelled at. I will never be returning and I hope you all do the same.

Well, there was definitely not a long wait on a Saturday afternoon to my surprise. That should tell you something right there. Rude. I felt rushed. Woman in charge had a nasty demeanor about her. I doubt this place will be open much longer.

Instant karma! I saw a groupon for this place. Seemed like a good idea at the time. WRONG. I’ve had more than my share of manicures and pedicures. This is the worst! Noxious chemical smells, made worse by the manicurist who sprayed alcohol all over my hands barely missing my eyes. My toe skin was cut — I bled! Not to mention rushed. I was told my nails were «dry, so go now!» That’s right. I ran out of there never to go back OR be disloyal to my regular pampered spa manicures and pedicures.

I would NOT recommend this place. I got a groupon for a gel mani/pedi. Although $ 25 seemed like a good deal it was a waste of money. A young employee (the owner’s daughter, seemed barely working age) painted my toes and it was so bad, I had to redo the polish when I got home. My gel mani chipped within the first week. There are other places in the area to spend your money, this place it not worth it.

Got a groupon for this place and even though $ 15 sounded like a great deal for a mani and pedi, it was a waste of my money. 15 year old employee painted my nails, she was okay but not great. I understand she is learning, but she should only be painting kids nails and perfecting that first. My pedicure was very rushed, to the point I felt anxious rather than relaxed. Both my mani and pedi are fully chipped on day 2. Honestly there are so many other nail places in the area, do not waste your money and go somewhere else where you can relax and get expertise.

I had an appointment for 3pm on a Friday and had a wedding rehearsal at 6. I sat waiting for more than hour, along with the other bridesmaids (3) and in the meantime got my shoe stuck to a piece of gum that was on the floor. I left the salon at 5 and the others still were not finished. Although we had an appointment for 3 the salon took a group of about 8 girls all getting acrylics before us. The manicure was less than professional looking (I could have done better myself) and by the second day of having it, a ton of it was chipped off. I thought after waiting all that time at least it maybe would have been worth it, but it was not.
I do not recommend this to anyone. Poor customer service, poor quality. An overall disappointment.

I used to come to this location when I lived in the area. We went to go back at 9:30 when they opened on a Saturday morning. Their posted opening time on their door for Saturday is 9:30. However 9:30 rolls around and there is nobody there… lights off, doors locked, parking lot empty. We didn’t have time to wait around, so they lost out on 3 mani-pedi’s. If you dont open at 9:30, fix your posted hours.

After a becoming disillusioned with Grin Nails across the street, I haven’t had my nails done in ages. Today I tried Venus for a pedicure and I really liked it. The massage chairs are pretty amazing and there’s a big flat screen TV to watch if you don’t feel like reading or surfing the Net on your phone. .. the technician who did my pedicure was really friendly and nice, but we didn’t talk much so the tv was a nice distraction (I was the only client at the time b/c it was so early, so the salon was quiet). She did a very good job on my toes. The prices also seemed reasonable: $ 25 for my pedicure today. I will definitely go back – not sure what took me so long to go there in the first place! Oh, and you can put the tip on the credit card slip which is really convenient.
