Like I’m a foodie for sure. But I’m getting so sick of people serving anything. I give my hard earned money to get this type of service.. There is blue substance all over my wrap

This place is close to my work, so I’ve been coming here for a while now. I think with the last year or so, this store was remodeled and now it has that modern and clean look. Staff is friendly and the food is just the regular«Wendy’s» stuff… what else can I say. I like their spicy chicken sandwich, salads, and shakes. I have no complaints, and I will continue to come here :-)

First time here, and it seems it just went through a remodel. It’s the most updated Wendy’s that I’ve seen, including 2 flat screen TVs on the walls. They should put on sports or something, rather than CNN. Who wants to hear about Donald Trump’s opinion on abortion while eating at Wendy’s? Not me! I walked in and was greeted immediately. My order taken promptly, and it was ready and accurate, before I finished filling my drink. Ample parking, free wi-fi powered by AT&T. Clean. No complaints!

My experience was pretty good. The cashier greeted me with a smile when I walked in. Actually seemed to like his job or pretend like he did. The interior was clean which is a huge plus compared to other Wendy’s I have been to. They have free wifi and at least one tv, not sure if there is one other than the one I saw. I’m not sure if it matters but I came here around 6:00pm. Only saying that because it may affect the lack of customer service other people have received.

I work in the area and even though this location isn’t the closest I prefer to come to this location. I really don’t have any complaints when it comes to this location but that can change at anytime. The stag are nice a and the inside has never been dirty when I have gone.

Well, I’ve been eating at Wendy’s for as long as I can remember. I was as much compelled to write this review for observations from other reviewers as much as my own experiences there. However, first things first, Wendy’s introduces items I enjoy, that I order, and order again and then takes them away. I really liked that Blue Cheese burger they add, and it only was served for a month. You seriously have to give a product sufficient time to «catch on» before yanking it from the menu. But, concerning some of the other comments: yes, there are an unusual number of birds that hang out on the nearby power lines. Yes, there is also a Coke Freestyle machine, which only serves to confuse the ever-loving shit out all customers over the age of 55, who stare at the thing in mystified bewilderment when all you want to do is get a cup of ice for your tea. The restaurant itself is usually pretty clean and neat. I’ve never had any problems there. Service is what it is considering it’s a gigantic fast food chain. If they screw up your order and ask them to fix it, you’ll probably get a little attitude, but that’s part for the course at most fast food joints. I don’t think that you’ll receive any better or worse food here than any other Wendy’s restaurant. Therefore, I’m rating the franchise as a whole as much as any particular location. I’d give my beloved childhood favorite a higher rating if they’d stop introducing items and then quit selling them nearly right away. Cons: Like I said, introduces items, then pulls them quickly. Pros: Very good burgers, for fast food, anyway. Verdict: Recommended.

Dirty. Slow service. Cold food. We actually went to this fast food restaurant once and they claimed they were out of cheese. A hamburger place. Out of cheese! I wanted to tell them to travel across the street to the Kroger’s and pick up a pack, but did not want to waste my breath. What makes it even worse is that the guy next door feeds birds every day. Not pet birds. Not one or two birds. A thousand or more birds. The power lines and parking lot of the place next door(it used to be a casket and gun store but now«Buys Gold!») look like a Hitchcock film and the parking lot and surrounding ground are covered in bird waste. Go anywhere but here for your fast food fix.

Service was terrible. Cashier messed up my form of payment and out of nowhere left the POS to get her manager. Manager took forever to get to the register and did not even greet me or apologize or anything. For some reason, the manager kept licking her finger before touching the POS, which was very disgusting. After they fixed my payment, my tray was missing my fries. Cashier tried to give me fries that had been sitting out since I placed my order. Tables were dirty. My food was cold by the time I got to the table to eat and the meat was dry and taste was a 5⁄10. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. Will not be coming back to this restaurant.

Service just goes straight down after 9pm for some reason, very rarely will I get someone pretty nice and who can actually comprehend my orders without repeating five times. Food is pretty decent, although I keep getting wrong orders occasionally. I’d only come here because its the closest Wendy’s to me, and I like their food. Definitely go inside even if you’re ordering out. They are generally nicer to people who come in.

This is a convenient Wendy’s for me so I’ve stopped here several times. Went through the drive thru after work hoping to get a quick bite before my hair appointment. I was so wrong. Ordered a sandwich and a fry. both specialized. My sandwich was wrong. I went in and they apologized and gave me a drink for the mistake. When a customer did not want a frosty waffle cone, one of the workers gave me that also. They offered to cook a fresh chicken sandwich, so I waited 4 minutes. When I got into the car after waiting, my sandwich was STILL wrong. And they threw my fries away and did not replace them. Terrible!

This is the one by Embry Hills. It used to be a ‘Wendy Arby’s’, now it’s just Wendy’s and it was remodeled a year or so ago. Our food was ok, but the floors had a lot of sticky filthy areas, the décor was filthy, one of the trash cans was overflowing, and the ketchup dispensers were empty. It was really gross and needed a scrubdown. When it was said and done, we really could have eaten like kings at the S&S for not much more money. Oh well.

I’m rarely in the Chamblee area, but I happened to be passing through on a Saturday evening when I needed to grab a quick dinner. I searched my GPS for fast food options and chose Wendy’s, one of my favorite fast food restaurants. As soon as I walked in, I realized that this Wendy’s was one of the nicest Wendy’s restaurants I had ever seen! It must either be fairly new or recently renovated. There were multiple flat screen TVs throughout the restaurant, and they had a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine! So not only did they have my favorite Coke product, Coke Zero, but I was able to get the Cherry Vanilla-flavored one. =D I ordered my usual, the Spicy Chicken Fillet Sandwich combo with fries(Small combo = $ 6.09, including tax). It was ready super fast — even before I was done getting my drink from the Freestyle machine! I also requested some Ranch and BBQ sauces to dip my fries in. The sandwich itself was pretty much spot on and delicious, but I was a little disappointed in the fries. Ever since Wendy’s starting serving their«Natural-cut» fries with sea salt, I have felt like the fries can be a hit or miss depending on the location and/or day. Although they were fairly fresh(still warm, but not hot), I noticed that there was more potato skin than usual on many of my fries. The extra skin made them less tasty. =( If you have one of those Frosty-shaped key tags(which allows you to get a free Jr. Frosty per visit with any purchase at participating Wendy’s restaurants), you can use it here. Unfortunately, I didn’t have mine with me that day. Overall, this Wendy’s gets 4 stars for their quick, friendly service, Coke Freestyle machine, and fairly clean environment. Although the cashier was friendly, it bugged me that he called me — and EVERY other female(young or old!) customer — «sweetie.» I wouldn’t be surprised if there were customers who called him out for calling them that. Another super annoying thing was that every few minutes, a loud beeping noise would come from the kitchen, obviously signaling that something needed to be attended to. The beeping would go on for what felt like minutes at a time, and each time it stopped, it would start beeping again soon afterwards. Nevertheless, I would definitely return to this Wendy’s if I happen to be in the area again and in need of a quick meal. [Review 255 of 366]
