I have been to a thousand places for massage this is one of the best. great atmosphere, reasonable prices. i am as picky as a person can be, and this, if you are wondering is a real review, not one of their good friends. lol i’d go here as often as my budget allows if i lived just a little closer. so super glad i found them. no more je ju for me!!!

Been going to Yini off and on for about two years. Last week I did’t realize my coupon card had been completed for a free 30 minute massage. I called in advance and informed the attendant that I wanted a 90 minute massage that would include the 30 minute free discount. After I arrived I handed over the card an informed her again that I’ll be using the 30 minutes along with a 60 minute massage, which equal 90 minutes. The masseuse who was assigned was inexperienced and wasn’t made aware of the 90 minute massage. So after 30 minutes she said, times up. I tried to explain that I was paying for 60 minutes, plus 30. She left the room for 5 minutes and upon arrival, just sort of looked at me and then asked me to type my message in her cell phone so she could translate. By that time I was done, I started dressing while she stood there looking at me. Now mind you, I a pretty laid back guy, and do understand that some masseuse are less experienced than others, which mine was, but I also understand that you gotta start somewhere, so I was ok with that even the it was probably the worst massage that I’ve ever had. So with all that said, I know these ladies work hard and I normally show my gratitude with a very nice tip, but this is what bothered me, as I returned to the counter to leave I explained that my sole purpose was to come for a 90 minute and use the free 30 minutes coupon, which in hindsight took 10 visits to attain, which netted the business about $ 1600.00 dollars from one customer. The attended didn’t even think about offering an additional 30 session, she just stated that the girl don’t understand english while she was standing in front of me and then she stormed off in anger. I was like oooooh K !!! Again, I’m not easy to please, I actually felt a little bad for the young lady, but her massage did suck. Done with Yini, to many other good massage parlors in the area to deal with this mess again. Plus most of them don’t require 10 visit just to receive a 30 minute massage for free. ~Tim

There are only so many places in Atlanta that you can lay in a reclining sofa, eat some guayaba candy, and drink and icy cold glass of water as a dedicated masseuse works reflexology magic on your feet. Body tensed down thanks to talented hands, generic travel scenery on a big screen, and string Chinese music.

I wish the time didn’t go by so fast during the massage. I feel like it’s so quick! But I feel totally relaxed after a foot massage this afternoon. I could almost sleep during it — that’s how nice it is. The hot stones on my feet are one of my favorite parts. They feel so amazing. I think this is better than any pedicure. They massage each toe and your entire foot — it’s a slice of heaven. Also included is a brief shoulder massage. They work your neck, your shoulders and all the way down your spine. It’s life changing. The best part — all that was only $ 30 before tip! Pretty good deal for this frugal girl. My friends have been here before so it came highly recommended. Now I see why. I mean just sitting in their chairs is nice. They really give you the full package and make sure to treat you well. You should call ahead just to ensure they have space — it’s not a big place so it fills up quickly. It’s worth it for sure!

I went to try the Yini Special a while back, 2 hours massage for $ 75.00. Normal price would be $ 80.00, $ 30.00 for the foot massage and $ 50.00 for an hour body massage. One hour is for a foot massage the other hour is for a full body massage. The foot massage felt great and was just what I needed for my tired aching feet. I was shorted about 5 minutes or so for the foot massage. Then came the body massage and it was good but it didn’t surpass my expectations of a high quality therapist. Don’t get me wrong, it was a decent massage but I have had a super massage service previously so my standards are fairly high. This massage was the normal routine you get on Buford Hwy and most Asian massage spas. I gave a three star performance but with a little something more for the body massage, it would be a four star performance. I am not sure if I was shorted on time for the body massage, I didn’t time it so no deduction for that. All in all, a very nice massage and I do recommend you trying them out while the special is still active.

My first visit after reading article in Mens Atlanta Magazine rating it the best mens massage in Chamblee. I was surprised to find Grace working there. She is one of the best therapists I’ve had — knew her as a reg from another spa last year. She gave a great massage as usual and I will return. I missed the 4pm special but will try it next time. I gave 4 star instead of 5 because it was busy and had to wait 1 hour. I will make appt with Grace next time.

True story: I slept straight through my foot massage at Yini Massage. This is absolutely not their fault at all. They are actually awesome! I’m an old lady and go to bed by 9:30 most nights. Yini Massage is located ITP on Buford Highway and is one of the better Asian massage parlors I’ve frequented(Harmony is my #1). They are open until 11:00, whereas most of the others close at 10:00. Hence, we wound up at Yini after dinner at Sushi House Hayakawa. We called beforehand to make sure that they had room for us, and were promptly greeted as the girls who had called for the foot massages. Their foot massage room is dimly lit with plush leather chairs and dull calming background music. I asked for a cup of hot tea and then my super wonderful masseur went to town massaging my feet. I remember thoroughly enjoying getting my left foot done, him switching to my right foot, and then the next thing I remembered is him waking me up to massage my shoulders. «Miss, I think you fell asleep.» Awkward! Truth be told, I really enjoyed the part of my massage that I was awake for. I also tipped my masseuse extra because I didn’t want him to think that I didn’t enjoy it. Once we were in the car laughing about my siesta, my friend told me that it was one of the best foot massages she had ever had. I told her I really enjoyed the part I was awake for, but was a little disappointed that they didn’t use hot stones. Here’s the real kicker of this story — they in fact did use hot stones and I slept straight through someone rubbing burning hot stones up and down my legs. Dear lord I must have been out cold. In summary, there is such a thing as too relaxing. I am a Harmony Massage junkie, but will definitely give Yini another try to experience the full 60 minutes next time.

I just had the best two hour massage of my life with Victor. I travel frequently for work and get massages regularly in many places. The massage I had from Victor was by far the best I’ve ever had even topping my favorite massage therapist in Bangkok. I will definitely come back to see Victor again when I’m traveling through Atlanta. I almost wish I could take him with me back to California. About the spa, everything was clean and calm. I was welcomed promptly and courteously and put in a room immediately. Really an all around excellent experience.

My back and shoulders are really sore from working out so I found this place to get an hour massage. I have to say the massage here is SOMUCH better than H massage. My back and shoulder felt better right after. Maybe the environment is not the best but tj massage is!!! I would defiantly recommend this place!!!

Wife and I stopped in for a 30min foot message. They did a great job. We came her because«Treat Your Feet» was closed for remodeling. Personally i enjoyed the experience as did my wife. The only thing that I found to be odd we’re the two electronic gambling machines by the men’s and women’s toilets. I actually prefer this place to Treat Your Feet because it was less busy and more peaceful. I also found the staff to be very grateful for our patronage.

The best in Buford !!! Amazing full body and foot massage done here for normal reasonable Buford prices. Clean and staff is easy and inviting and offer tea or water to drink during and post massage. I would recommend to anyone if they want to relax or for post race workout. Make sure your hydrate as they will release many toxins sitting inside your body.

Been to Yini many times. As usual, absolutely loved my foot massage. Wish I hadn’t been so distracted by Maggie at the front desk who was a bit pushy, and rude though. Put a damper on the feeling of bliss that the massage would have left me in. Most of it I overheard as she interacted with other customers who were sitting almost right next to me(across the aisle). However, at the end, before I even departed fully from the massage space into the reception area, she didn’t bother offering water(like they usually do), asking how the massage was, etc… and didn’t wait for me to even get to the desk before she asked«Are you going to pay a tip?» Wow. What about manners? I’ve had at least 100 foot massages at places that Wendy has owned/operated. It wasn’t like that at this one when Wendy was there in the past. I think Maggie should stick with staying at the art school that she attends. Big thumbs down on that one Wendy!

Very strange experience here. Decided on the foot and leg massage and the woman working on me was doing a good job then all of the sudden very loud bells were ringing on the front door you would have thought Santa himself was making his entrance ! The man who walked in said he wanted a massage and was quickly led down the hall. Next man walks in(those damn bells again) and basically the same thing happens the girl who was to be working on him didn’t seem very enthused. Amy was working on me and had done a nice job of the foot massage so I made a last minute decision to add the hour body too. Then things got a bit weird… first man is ready to leave and pay I overheard $ 130.00 and thought it strange he hadn’t been there an hour and didn’t remember seeing that price point anywhere on the brochure? The woman that had been working on me, well once she figured out I was going to be staying seemed nervous and ushered me into a room in front of us not a big deal then I heard second man leaving and another walking in then another. Bells, bells, bells ! This massage was honestly the worst I’ve ever had, «How» you might ask, she did the same rotating movement with her arms over and over and over… I should have left fifteen minutes in but surely there’s hope ? The only kneading that was done was on my neck that left me sore for two days. She barely touched my arms or legs. This woman left disappointed there was no ‘Happy Ending’ for me folks !

Foot massages are great … I would stick with the back massages that are given at the chairs in the open room. They really go in depth and take great care of you. Engrish is the standard language when you walk in the door so take a minute to ask about the options and services. The staff is extremely friendly and will take the time to explain. Also the oil they use is definitely different and doesn’t leave a terrible residue afterwards.

Stopped in for a quick massage last night and glad we did! This place has been open for about a month or so. First off the interior of the place is very professional, good comfortable and big chairs, and generally a nice spa atmosphere. Nothing cheesy and sketchy like some other foot spas on buford highway. We got the traditional $ 251 hr foot massage If you’re familiar with Asian foot spas its fairly typical, a few minutes soak in rosewater, about a 40 minute foot massage, and about a 10 min back and neck massage. The actual foot massage was fairly typical of other Asian foot spas in the area. But a few things stood out that prompts me to tell people to come here. First off they used some kind of oil instead of lotion that wasn’t greasy or anything. At the end of the foot massage they finished it off with a hot stone rub. A really nice touch. And the 10 min back and neck massage was superb. Those two things along with the general atmosphere is probably why they might be my go-to Asian foot spa in the future.
